Kobe Bryant on Michael Jordan's trash talk: 'He knows I'm a bad motherf*****'
Really great stuff in here guys, thank you for posting the articles and quotes. enjoyed the one shaq and laron said! _________________ "Because once I get into that gym, that ball is like a drug. When you see that ball go into the basket, that's like one of the best drugs ever. I'm addicted, and I hope the state of California illegalizes it."
"Kobe had done the work. He [Jordan] was very aware and taking in great interest in Kobe Bryant's great work ethic. Michael Jordan's work ethic also is legendary. He said Kobe had done that work to deserve the comparison. He says Kobe's the only one to have done the work."
"Kobe’s ultimate competition is MJ. That’s why MJ watches him. MJ made people think what he was doing wasn’t human. Ditto the Kobester."
There's no question the game preparation and the effort that Kobe has done from the time he was 17 years old, no one comes close to that. Tex would say not even Michael in that regard, and Jordan worked very hard.

When its all said and done and Kobe hangs up the shoes, mark my words people will come out of the wood work and talk about how great he was and how the game is going to miss a player of his greatness. I think as time goes on after he retires you will see more and more love showered Kobe's way. The man deserves it. _________________ Game 3 Victory in Denver . All the Kobe doubters/haters need to see this, EVERYONE SAYS KOBE WORKS THE HARDEST, how can you ignore what MJ and all of the Laker greats say about KB24? _________________
RIP to a legend. _________________ It was reminiscent of one of those Most Interesting Man in the World advertisements: "I don't always shoot 6-for-28 from the field, but when I do, I become the youngest player in league history to score 28,000 career points."
Thanks to the OP for retrieving this special thread.
Truly an amazing collection of testimonies on the hardest working player in the league. A true student of the game. Too soon to be gone. ;( _________________ Kobe's Top 5 Dunks, 81 points, MJ last gm @Staples
