I agree. He's very good at developing players. Sam Cassell is another coach who's good at developing players. Keep in mind, developing players doesn't only mean developing basketball skills. It also includes acclimating to the NBA lifestyle. Teaching things to avoid and things to embrace is a part of that.

I guess one could argue adding assistant coaches is the easy part but it just shows they have no plans. Just wing it and hope for the best.
