Only one day off in between games and that includes travel. I imagine this is going to be pretty tough on LeBron. Memphis is favored by 4 points. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Yeah, any close out game on the opponent's home floor is.
But Ja, not sure how much longer he can keep on re-injuring his shooting hand, especially with his crazy attacks at the rim. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I have a 2 foot broom that I don't use anymore. I will bring it to the game.

If they can somehow survive the Griz opening punch which is bound to be ferocious, I can see them eeking one out. But it's going to be a tough one. |

Most people will pick this game to be a loss just because of that brutal OT battle, and less days offs with travel on the road.
But (bleep) it. Close this (bleep) out. _________________ Lakers Offseason Goal:
- Draft Zach Edey (or Kel'el Ware)
- Sign Jonas Valanciunas or Nicolas Claxton
- sign and trade DLO to not lose value
- sign a coach that’s not an idiot

the only thing consistent for us so far in this series is our defense, the Grizzles didn't have a single efficient offensive game. i can see that continue unless Silver just give quick fouls to AD. |

Refs were bad yesterday and we overcame. If we get a evenly officiated game, we blow them out. They are about to fold. They talk too much, I don't think they believe what they are saying anymore and it is going to show in game 5. We win going away _________________ Previously LBJ23 |

Last 3 games from 3 for us:
25%, 23% (!!), 28%. First game: 43%. I think if we make just 33%, it won't be close. |

My "gun to the head" prediction is that we win the series in 6. This Game 5 is exactly the type of game that this team has come out flat for all year. They know they don't absolutely have to win, it's on the road across the country with only one day between games, and LeBron/AD both played 40+ minutes in the last game. Memphis is going to come out with an absolute (bleep) ton of energy.
Obviously hope I'm wrong and we can just grab this W and win in 5 and get some rest before R2. But this team has been absolutely awful in "schedule loss" type games all year. |

there is a reason why 3-1 deficits are so hard to overcome. the home team will have doubts themselves about winning 3 straight. a young team like the Grizzles can easily fold in game 5. |

Also it’s not like we’re an old team either. Are we supposed to believe Memphis aren’t tired from that game too? Are they not traveling back home too? Why is it just us being tired and not them? _________________ Lakers Offseason Goal:

LeBron is shooting 18.5% from three
What's weird is that the people who should be shooting the threes are shut down after they miss a few yet Bron always has the green light.
At least AD is shooting them way less and only taking them in wide open, end of clock situations, but LBJ needs to do the same.
Reaves, DLo, Malik need to keep shooting them until they start going in. |

Because our best player is a 38 year old who is quite literally 3rd all time in minutes played. And our 2nd best player is perpetually playing through some kind of injury. Their best players are 23 years old.
I'm not saying it's impossible for us to win on Wednesday or anything.. Just that I don't think it's likely. How many times have we seen this team come out flat in an important game after LeBron and AD play big minutes the game before? |

If I was Lebron I change up the approach and go guns blazing in the first quarter like he did in game 3. Set the tone early, empty the tank, and let the rest of the team follow the lead and carry it home.
If he comes out passive we will get rolled. I think he has to set the tone. |

Get AD involved! Run PnR with AR, Dlo, LeBron and just attack the basket. |

This game will test AD. Bron played 45 minutes last night, Brow's gonna have to carry the load. Lately, he's had 1 good followed by 1 not so good game. Tomorrow is good game time. 1 good 2 not so 3 good 4 not so. 5 is supposed to be good. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
