For a game that was competitive the entire way... I'm unreasonably pissed off that we didn't win.

AD made too many clumsy plays and couldn't help close

Rui played too passively, missed annoying free throws and open shots.

The guards saved the day but it wasn't enough

And f*ck everyone who wanted to put Reaves like a throwaway in all those trade scenarios.

Welp. It looks like we have our new scapegoat.

Yeah, it’s called having half a team
It's not that, it's the fact this the perfect game to show everyone who AD is. Instead he just rolls over and gives a half effort instead of being a leader.

Did Kobe roll over and give up when Shaq fouled out in the Finals? No, he made that his moment and put everyone on notice. Maybe I'm a little spoiled, growing up watching Kobe give his 110% every game. This is supposed to be our franchise player, yet he can't even show up and try to match a former MVP level.

Name the amount of times that Kobe Bryant fouled out of a game you’re embarrassing yourself
AD wasn't in foul trouble in the 1st half yet there still was no sign of urgency from him. Wheres the 28/12 player we traded our future for? We are in 13th place for crying out loud. Every game is a must win if we even want to make the play in.

The player you traded your future for already won you a championship and is coming off injury and was in foul trouble in the game. You do know that you have to manage fouls right you have to be careful because if you get 6 you can no longer play the game. Let me see if I can break this down so you can actually understand it. Also, the player that you traded your future for had an outstanding game against these Bucs earlier in the season and we are one and one on the year with thrm Just thought I’d point that out since it seems to have slipped your mind.

He won you a championship...plaease stop right there...people that didnt want to be in that bubble and on top of that he was even hurt then...smh. Regular teams like toronta give you flowers for winning one chip..thats not lakers...back in the day if the Lakers go out and trade for you ..its not to win ONE WHOLE CHIP...lol. If we didnt win that GREAT CHIP..would you consider that trade "great" right now?

Also so what he won one against the bucs..sooo? The problem is how he is playing right now which is lathargic ie low moter...jacking up shots at the three point ..losing the ball and not making a differnce on neither side of the court. Knowing that every game is a must win because we right now arent even in the play-in and our fearless leader sitting on the bench.."Load Managaing"...smh.

Lebron was never the dude who is like I am gonna go against all ODDs and use all my energy to pull it out.

He is always strategic with using his energy.

I am ok with him sitting this one out.

Since Bucks are at full strength and we missing like all of our new players.

The chance to win is slim. Even though we made it interesting tonight, but the Bucks didn’t really get up for us without Lebron.

At his age, he needs to pick his spots.

Some of the close games we lost earlier were bad.

Regardless we need to show we can win like 70-80% of our remaining games.
We have to be on that level to have any hope winning the chip this year.

From now on, each game is like a must win.

Hope the team treat it as such.

why doesn't AD bully his way to the rim like giannis?
He doesn't have that mentality. Giannis wants to be one of the best to ever do it. AD is happy with his bubble ring.

Are you seriously this stupid

They’re not calling the fouls when Anthony Davis goes to the basket while Anthony Davis himself is in foul trouble learn basketball

Why call him stupid bro? I know opinions differ and you seem to know ball from previous post...but AD looked out of sorts tonight....as he has for a number of games. Not speaking for the OP but I think he just wants to know why AD doesn't look better and i wonder too. Seem mor than foul trouble.

y'all act like Bucks suck at defense or something. Did you see how many studs they've got there defensively? Good lord.

AD was struggling for sure, but still got 23/16 while not getting many calls down low. He also didn't have his best facilitator out there, when Milwaukee had everyone that matters. I think his struggles might have had more to do with Milwaukee's defense than him not wanting to win.

I get what you are saying and it is valid...but did AD look like he was competing hard to you? It didn't to me...and apparently others. We could be too hard on AD, playing injured, foul trouble, double bigs to compete against without players than normally know how to get him the ball. We should give AD more of a pass.

There is another side though...and it' on you...don't pretend you were ok with the effort from AD. We're not and that's all I'm saying...I want to see more intensity and win or lose to look like the best effort was given. I didn't see that.

What would more effort look like? I feel like if his shots were drives instead of jumpers people wouldn't have this impression. But he was shooting over a defense that was packed in.

Defensively he was making rotations and having to recover to rebound. He had twice as many rebounds as the next highest Laker. Was it because the ball was falling at his feet? Or was he moving his feet and getting rebounds. He got 5 offensive boards. That is a healthy total of offensive rebounds. Ball fall at his feet, or did he get to those?

I saw a number of rebounds that he either tipped or were taken from him because of contact or active hands by the bucks. I saw drives/putbacks where he was either blocked or missed with contact that looked less than or equal to contact that was called in favor of Giannis. That IS effort. You may not like the result, but don't confuse that with effort.

Did we see any lobs to AD? That is something I'm used to seeing almost every game, but I'm also used to seeing Russ throw those to him, or Lebron. I saw a couple of plays where AD looked open around the basket but didn't get the pass, one became a schroder jumper that missed when a pass would have led to a dunk and better numbers at the end of the game.

If you were pleased with the way AD played then cool…we can disagree. No probs or conflicts here. I wasn’t pleased. I want to see AD take over and be a 30pt scoring beast imposing his will on the opposing team from time to time when needed. The lackluster play seemed to be a carry over from the OKC game and we’ve seen it before, to the point where we thought AD had lost it, until we saw it come back earlier in the season when LBJ went out with the groin and AD looked like an MVP candidate again. He’s probably just workng his way back from injury, could just be my overreaction…either way I didn’t like what I saw and hope it changes.

You mean like the last time that we played the bucks you mean like that? Oh wait, the only thing that matters is the current game

Start Bamba.

AD does not look physically right. He’s able to start games well and then loses energy and lift by the 4th. He cant endure the physical nature of being a center for the whole game.

6-8 minutes to start the half with a center would do wonders for his energy level and foul trouble.

Then he need to stop being a center...he the village idiot with Leking that wanted to play the center position. Ham needs to grow some and tell the two idiots that ITS NOT WORKING...simple. We actually lost TB because this moron WANTS to play center and he cant do it.

So now we’re blaming Anthony Davis for losing Bryant OK

Yessss ... TB wasnt getting playing time over AD coming back as Center.
..go look it up..its all over media..but also TB left because Lakers wernt going to be able to afford him as he did that well to raise his stock.

Anthony Davis doesn’t even WANT to play center

TB is going to get less PT in Denver. They have a 2 time MVP guy named Nikola Jokic.

When Mo gets off suspension AD will play where he wants to, the 4. With the new ads we'll make the playins/playoffs. Hams job is on the line.
