Welcome back ADโฆ Hope Ham keeps playing him under 30mpg until the trade deadline or ASB. Just keep his minutes down with Lebron. |

Davis please stop going so high for block shots, just let them score on those instances. We can't have you get injured every time you go up for a shot. Just jump vertically with both arms so that you know how your landing will be. You can do that in the playoffs when it counts..
Also I would seriously consider starting Bryant so that AD can absolutely just CHILL and shoot jumpers to get his shot back but I don't want him doing too much and getting injured. Our team has enough scorers we shouldn't run him to the ground |

One of the biggest urban myths is that โhigh tops prevent ankle injuries.โ It makes no difference and has consistently been shown as such in the research. Further, heโs getting taped up every game anyways. |

I donโt know what the solution is, but he wonโt sustain with these falls and โfreakโ plays. At some point, itโs his responsibility to be available
Just always feels like a ticking time bomb. I desperately want to be proven wrong so that we can legitimately compete for the chip. |

True, and one of the reasons knee injuries are on the rise is because of high top shoes. Ankles are mobile joints and if you restrict their movement during a high force activity, it usually gives at the next joint up, which is your knee (designed to be a stable joint.) |

I don't think he requires any special equipment. More than anything he's gotta train his mind not to jump into the air and contort his legs loosely into compromising positions, like on that heave. He's gotta act a little bit heavier and stable than he is, even if that lowers his ceiling as a player.
Big Bird is such a good nickname for him. |

Pretty much, he should play like Kawhi in terms of limiting jumps over 5 inches. And bring it out sparingly. _________________ ๐๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ #18!!! |

That's probably the truth of it. He plays at 100 at the time, and is always up off the ground. Slow it down to 80-85 and a ground/length based game, at least until the playoffs, then show us that athleticism _________________ "Itโs like going to the Getty and standing in front of Van Goghโs Irises while some schmuck next to you critiques individual brush strokes. Stupid Zion got voted over AD?
Might as well, I rather AD just rest over the all-star break anyway. _________________ ๐๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ #18!!! |

Yeah, people are going to cite injury reasons despite Zion going to have missed more time this season (and he might not even be ready for the game). |

It was the players vote that did it. They put Zion number 3 and Davis number 7 in their voter front court players. |

Ridiculous. But oh wells.
If Zion can't play in the game, AD might take his spot as starter as he's next in line in the weighted votes. _________________ ๐๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ #18!!! |

I could be wrong about what caused AD to drop behind Zion, but we see how much blog boys hate the Lakers. The same seems to go for โreportersโ who are nothing but glorified blog boys. Andrew Lopez who now works for ESPN and probably has a vote, is a former Pelicans blogger. Heโs celebrating on Twitter right now. _________________ โYou have to dance beautifully in the box that you are comfortable dancing in.โ - Kobe Bryant |

Neither Davis or Jams should play a min of the ASG. Rest both for the last 20 games a push for a play in spot.
Enjoy the break. Maybe do some interviews and light workouts but use it to rest the body. |

The problem is that Kawhi is a way better player without his athleticism than AD is.
If AD could shoot 40% from three, then he would no longer need to justify himself by leaping out of the building.
What he should do is continue to work on his three and just resign himself that he is not going to be the dominant defensive force he once was.
Aim to be a top 30 player instead of a top five... except during the late playoffs.
I think he feels like he has to justify the steep rice we paid... but he's just not going to stay healthy that way. |
