Since 1976, only PJ, Pat Riley and Del Harris have coached the Lakers for more than three years. |

And I believe the average coaching tenure for the Lakers is about 2 seasons. No Pop/Spo/Carlisle longevity with the Lakers, not even with Pat or Phil.
My hope is that Ham breaks the mold, but history says he'll be fired by the end of Year 2 or Year 3. |

My guess is he’ll be fired partway through the season after this upcoming one upon demand from LBJ, AD, or Westbrook. So 1.5 seasons. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
