I expect a lot of pessimists to tell us that the Lakers are doomed tonight but keep in mind that we had a ailing Davis out there playing in a very bad weather condition but of course I don’t expect Laker fans to praise him for caring about the team and giving it a try and also LeBron who makes the engine run, no need to panic, I just hope that Jerami Grant trade proposal is real and we land him, probably the only realistic chance for us to get a very good player. |

Jerami Grant is a trade proposal? Where did that come from? Who made that up? Haven’t read that anywhere? Trade for who??? Who do we have to trade for him? Seems pretty far fetched to me… |

This is what happens when the team needs shooting but you decide to drop $45M on Russell Westbrook instead. |

Build from the ground up |
That's going to be a 10 year process if the Lakers build from the ground up. |

Our so called youths has not helped us this season so far
Monk/Baze/THT are too inconsistent. We really need a spark plug like Nunn to come back. Bradley should be coming off the bench and were relying on him too much right now as a perimeter defender. I would start Reaves over Bradley when Reaves comes back. |

They picked up four players who shot over 40% from three last year. One has done the job and three of them all of a sudden can't shoot now. |

Effort is the part of his game that is always on point. At least on the offensive side. |

If everyone on the team played as hard as WB this team would have 3 or 4 more wins. |

His defensive rebounding as well. He's very aggressive there. |

This is why I was kind of unmoved by the Detroit win. I mean it's nice that we managed to not look completely inept in the second half but as many have said here you know running out of things to say at this point |
It's OK TD, objectively:
Our team just sucks right now.
Probably hard to really gauge tonight's game with AD having flu-like symptoms, and no LBJ...but, the problem is, it's not like even *with* LBJ the team has looked that much better.
Team is basically on a mini-spiral at the moment and treading water, grasping for anything at this juncture. Lost 4 of 5, or 5 of last 7. LBJ will need to bring his cape, cuz superman is not walking through that door
On the plus side of things...the fan in me wearing p&g glasses sees its just 19 games. So, there is that. Hope is the great equalizer _________________ "One thing I admire about Kuzma is his unwavering confidence. He truly has no idea that he’s not as good as he thinks." - Killer_Z |

2021-22 Los Angeles Blowouts.
Instead of getting blown out in the 2nd half half, they decided to get blown out in the first quarter this game. |

Good news is, we are still hovering near 500 so if we can get a healthy stretch we can string together some wins and get back in the mix
Stay positive y’all |

Of note, ever since starting last season at 21-6, Lakers have gone in the regular season 30-34. _________________ "One thing I admire about Kuzma is his unwavering confidence. He truly has no idea that he’s not as good as he thinks." - Killer_Z |

Sounds far fetched. Might be On Eric’s wishlist. There is no route to get him at all. |

Anthony Davis got out rebounded by freaking Avery Bradley. BY AVERY BRADLEY.
This man is softer than charmin. And people said he would be our center hahahaha. |

He was playing through "flu-like symptoms"; if he was suffering from what I know about a flu-like symptom, it's not fun at all doing anything physically exertive...nevermind playing a pro basketball game. _________________ "One thing I admire about Kuzma is his unwavering confidence. It's a damn shame we couldn't keep Gasol. We obviously pissed him off and he wanted to do his own thing, but damn |

You don’t need to explain to the Laker fans that Davis was trying his best to play through awful weather condition, everyone knew there was a chance he wasn’t going to play. |

Tomorrow is back-to-back day. Should we just rest AD and Lebron and wave the white or purple and gold flag? Rest AD if he's sick. He's beast when healthy. He's big and strong and talented but boy, does he get sick or injured so often.
I don't think we should try to win tomorrow's game. It's a long season and we have an old team so we need to manage our players carefully.
