That Bucks team is built around Giannis, while the current injured version of the Lakers is almost built against AD. People need to chill |

Once we get LBJ, Nunn, Ariza, and Reaves back, I think AD will flourish not having all the defensive attention on him. |

two seasons ago, people would get laughed out of the town if they claimed Paul George is more impactful on a team than AD. i've been tough on AD because this supposed is the time he shines. we all know LBJ won't be here long due to age, it'll be AD's team eventually. it's a perfect time to step up his game and show the world he's up for the task. but the version we see now now is SOFT (even softer by AD's standard), going through the motion, complains on every call, wincing every time people breathing on him. AD supposed to be the young superstar in his absolute prime, instead fans are worrying constantly he may go down on any play, this is just sad.
I've been saying this is a perimeter players' league, big men's game are hamper by the rule changes and the three point barrage every team adopts. but look at Jokic and Embiid, those two can still win games by themselves. AD is no less talented than those two, but what he lacks are heart, dedication and physical prowess which is the direct result of his laziness. |

Why is AD not taking 3 pt shots anymore? what is the point of playing him at C if he can't shoot.
Look at Giannins, he is improving his 3 Ball and AD is going other way. |

whats stopping him now to show up to the game and hustle and show like he cares?
specially against a marquee matchup in Giannis? Giannis dropped 47/9 on his soft behind
he got paid/ring and stopped caring. |

AD for Dame feels so right, benefits both teams. AD needs to be out of the spotlight of LA, he's not built for big market teams. Dame on the other hand is a big fish in the small pond. |

Let this sink in: AD is the softest "superstar" in the history of the franchise. I can't think of anyone playing below his potential more than AD, in the history of the franchise. |

Maybe one of our doofus beat writers should ask about this.
Injury or just dogging it? |
Just a day to Davis act to make sure everyone knows he’s playing hurt.
The minute he has an easy open lane for a dunk, that limp is gone.
AD has a lot of LGSRS to his game |

Rob must be thinking just like you guys. no other genius can build this roster. I am sure he can think our defense won't get bad with Dame |

Laker Game Sudden Recovery Syndrome.
It’s for when opponents make a sudden recovery because it’s a Laker game. Basically, suddenly feel ready to play because of the spotlight of a Laker game when that player has been milking an injury prior to the Lakers game.
AD wants to make sure people see he’s playing hurt and then he suddenly recovers when he sees a prime opportunity for a highlight play |

I’d be overjoyed if the Lakers could rescind the trade and get all their pieces back. Draft picks would have been valuable (Garland). Zo, Ingram, even Hart playing defense. People complained about Zo’s injuries, but now we have a guy more fragile than peanut brittle. |

Also give back the championship right? While paying BI max and Lonzo 20 mil and on top of all that, there is no guarantee they would be the same player playing with lebron. |

Giannis is bigger, stronger, faster. I used to question it, but there's no doubt who the superior player is. |

Giannis is improving his game every season. He is shooting better. where as AD is getting worse last 3 seasons. Just like Rob making the team worse |

Not directed at you, but I would be overjoyed if for a little while we could trade some "fans" to be fans of other franchises for a while. Like say, Dallas Mavericks even. Hell of an owner. Or better, the Rockets. Even, better the Clippers. Just for a few years. See what it's like to be a fan of a franchise that is fortunate to win one title 25 years (or not at all) while this FO delivered a title within 3 years of taking over. If you win a title once a decade at this level, you're doing a lot right.
Ex: The Mavs owner took over in 1999. He is a great owner, IMO. He's been able to deliver 1 ring in 23 years. That too with an all time great shooting big like Nowitzki.
Ex: Rockets. Since 2000, they have had some HOF talents like James Harden, T-Mac, Yao etc all in their prime. Even Dwight when an all-star. They changed owners to what was seen as a "great" owner. Result is in 23 years 0 titles.
Ex: Clippers. Since 2000, they've been trying to take LAL's spot. A lot of talent. First it was those Elton Brand led Clips, They had a lot of talent. They made the playoffs. Then it was CP3's Clips, with DAJ/Blake. Hell of a fun team, even got coach Doc Rivers. Now, they've got Kawhi, and PG. So far, 22 years into this one and again 0 rings.
How many re-builds and HOF players have those guys had in their prime? Just off the top of my head:
The Mavs have maybe the best young talent in the NBA right now, and traded a lot to get what they thought was the best young big at the time. Hows that been going? KP with his injuries has never turned into the superstar they thought, and while he is still a damn good player, the Luka/KP era is unlikley to yield a ring unless KP magically turns into a superstar (which he has talent for, but the body is unwilling).
In the end, I'm just giving an example of what are seen as well run organizations with superstar HOFers in prime. We got Lebron late in his career and we got AD right in his prime. Immediately won. This is not easy. We're not just lucky. It's very very hard to get a championship team together and win a ring. The Lakers do it all the time, they just can't do it every year. Had Bron been in his prime, I promise you, we would have had at least 3 rings in the Bron/AD era. The fact that we got one even, honestly, I think we should take it and run with it and ensure we set ourselves up well 2023 onward. |

I’m not a fan of this guy but he absolutely nails it & is right about AD… Seems like once he got his ring with help from LBJ, he got soft & unmotivated. The dude hits the floor anytime the wind blows in the gym…
If you need to be motivated to play to full potential every game than that’s a big problem. I know he’s a target for criticism especially in LA & signing that contract but what’s he gonna do when LBJ retires, is he showing it now. I know we’re short some players but I don’t believe he can take it psychology or physically to play center most of the game! His build isn’t for the pounding & need to have him play PF minus falling in love with playing away from offensive basket. His shooting isn’t good enough, even his free throws have suffered. I like AD but he’s at a critical part of his career mentality & physically, hopefully he see’s the light & knows big brother Lebron won’t be around for him much longer. Who in the heck can motivate him if anyone in the future?
