Well deserved ring for a guy being mostly a player-coach.
I hope he retires this year on top. |

His effect isn't immediately apparent, but ask everyone on the team and he is a big part of the game. Really glad to have him on our team. Hope to see more of him, to be honest.
Can't say his name now without adding the word "Champion" to it. |

I think he has options. He's great with the media and I think if he was interested in coaching one of the teams he played for would likely give him a job (Lakers included). |

He wants another year with us badly. He said as much on Simmons' podcast. Unfortunately for Duds, I don't think they'll bring him back. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

Locker room guys are probably even more important right now than ever. If you do any kind of bubble scenario's in next season, you've got to have great chemistry to survive that. |

Jared coming back or what?
I think we're already so stacked we now need good locker room guys like Dudz who's the MVP of NBA Locker Rooms. _________________

His time has expired as a player but as a coach Dudz can bring at least as much to the table as Miles Simon. |

I don't mind signing him again. Dudley as the 15th player, sign Pau Gasol for a 1-day contract and then put him in the coach staff. |

Dudley 2020:
43% from 3-point land (one attempt per game)
100% from free throw
45 games played
Per 36 mins = 7 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists

dang I thought the title showed he was coming back this year. Im probably one of the biggest appreciators to what he has to offer on this team but Kief does make him pretty redundant. I'd still re-sign him for locker room presence alone _________________ (bleep) Kawhi |

Dudley is a HUGE glue guy. I want him around. I know the players listen to him and he's a mentor for guys. Smart as heck too.
Keep him... |

Well there is now a need to develop some players.
In fact for the future this should be a priority.
Dudley now needs to coach.
The Lakers short term future is bright.
But have to build some young guys to keep AD long term.
Pelicans, Atlanta are the teams 3 years from now.
But you can see Rob already thinking that way. |

Duds actually played well in limited minutes last season.
He is very smart and great with the media, he will have all kinds of options when he retires but that time is not now.....give Dudz his money Rob please (In Rob I trust, lol) _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

agreed and this is something that cant be understated... no matter how good a player is, its hard to catch rhythm if you are randomly thrown in cold late in a game.
For Dudley to maintain a very good 3pt % without having consistent playing time is very impressive _________________ (bleep) Kawhi |
