If the Lakers can minimize their TOs and 3 pt attempts, they can win.
I don't see it going down like that, unfortunately |

Sic Barnes and Metta on LeBronze.. Bynum/ Pau need to really hammer Bosh... can't let him punk us.. Gotta watch their bench.. Lil Cole is a good player, but I feel we can counter that with Morris (on defense at least.. boy still got me yelling at the TV with all that excessive dribble show)...I want a WIN!!!!! Getting some drinks and sitting to watch my boys beat these suckers.. Last year the Miami lost started us down the drain.. this year we can start from there going up-stream.... _________________ New Beginings |

Lakers just need to hit those three pointers. I think we have practiced that shot a ton during the regular season so it is only a matter of time before we finally hit a few of them. Guys like Kapono and Barnes can get very hot very quickly. So if we can start the game hitting those 3's we can open the inside game up for posts and iso work.
I see Bosh getting postered by Bynum and Gasol. His defense is not the greatest and he gets beat for lazy defense.
Biggest issue is hitting those open 3 pointers. We can get one game with a 40% from 3 point land and we will open this game up like a can of anchovies in an Italian Restrant. _________________ This Laker Organization has not yet hit bottom. It is moving there quickly, and I suspect this year we will see zero talent coming to the Lakers and we will trade away Kuz and BI for old vets in the hopes of giving LeBronze some scapegoats. |

All the Lakers need to do is make sure the game is close in the 4th, and then we should be able to get the W. With the Heat having no D Wade, there's no way Bron will be able to close the game out for them if it's close.
Battier will probably guard Kobe most of the night, but I bet Bron may some as well.
Should be a good game, I badly want a win here, can't stand Lebron and the Heat. |

As happens with all other players, Wade might just miraculously heal before Thursday!!!! _________________ New Beginings |

I doubt it, he's had 3 different injuries already this year and the ankle sprain looked pretty bad. Bosh and Spolestra mentioned how they want him to be cautious. I think he'll be out at least another week or 2. |

As fun as it was watching Kobe score 40+ points every game if they want to win tomorrow he has to get his teammates involved. They have to get the ball to Drew & Pau down low
Go Lakers!!! |

If Bosh is going to get his on the sissy perimeter, then make him play some post defense. |

I used to have Direct TV and I think FSW was the 500s? 600s? im not sure.
Anyway, if Wade doesn't play then the lakers have maybe a chance, but if he does play, no chance. I hate saying that but I have a real hard time thinking that this team where it is currently is can beat a team like the Heat on the road.
We'll see. _________________ *sighs*

erisian's keys to the game:
Kobe: Use your teammates effectively. Find the open man when you're doubled.
Pau: Get to your spots early and go right at Bosh. Box out your man!
Drew: MOVE YOUR FEET on offense. Demand the ball! Box out your man!
Derek: Stay active on D. Stay tough defending the PnR.
Barnes: No more Ts or flagrants. Keep cutting off the ball.
Metta: Find your post position early. Make LeBrick cry. DON'T CHUCK!
McRambis: Improve your show/recover on the PnR. Keep your head up on O for the extra pass.
Morris: Relax a little. Dribble less. Attack the basket more. Make the opposing team PAY if they don't respect you.
Ebanks: Take off your invisibility cloak, bro. Nobody is going to give the game to you.
Kapono: If you're open, SHOOT IT! |

Kobe doesn't need any shoot around time in Miami, remember the last game we had there. He knows every spot on the floor. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

It's channel 692 on DirectTV. They won't be playing this game though. _________________ ♥“What I'm doing right now, I'm chasing perfection.”- Kobe Bean Bryant♥ |

Bosh owns Pau, so it's up to Drew and Kobe to carry a lot of the load here. |

Dirk Owned Gasol too, but Pau played some good defense this time around.
So, we got our 2 day rest, our day of practice, lets see what Laker team shows up |
