Kobe has a habit of sagging off the shooters. He did it a lot last year.

Yeah. He ended up 4 for 7.

Like it or not our season is in Kobe's hands. If he can't check his ego the season will be a disaster.
I'm reminded of a scene from Star Trek that Spock was dying he said "The good of the many outweighs the good of the few, or the one"
Watching Open Court on NBATV. Scoring was a subject. Some players get angry when they don't score. MJ and Kobe were classed as those type players.
Kobe wants to score. I don't hink he will change his game, his ego won't let him. I don't think we can win it all without his scoring but I too think if he trusts his teammates more his scoring would be made easier.
