|
|
How long is the waiting list to get season tickets?
Also, any other info someone who is interested in becoming a season ticket holder would need to know. Price packages? Etc? |

There's lots of info at this link.
Lakers season tickets
Not sure what the waiting list is at the moment. There is a low turnover rate for obvious reasons, so regardless of how long it is it would likely take awhile.
There are no "packages". You buy 43 games (regular season plus two preseason games) at the face value of the tickets. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

One note - season tickets have a face value cheaper than that of individual game prices. This changed before last season when the Lakers started doing different pricing structures for games. |

At the same link DMR provided, there's a separate link that goes into the question of waiting lists:
http://www.nba.com/lakers/tickets/sth_waitinglist.html
Once you put down a deposit, and they will know you're serious, they will probably provide you with exact figures. |

Being a Laker season ticket holder is one of my goals. I hope I reach it before I turn 30. |

Lets say I want to buy 2 season tickets in the 300's level. What is the approximate price range I'm looking at? |

I see they have Value, Select, Premium, and Marquee games now. Different prices for each. How much cheaper are we talking? |

I did the math based on individual game ticket prices. Here is what I got if anyone is interested. Someone tell me if I'm way off. These are for the 3 different sections of 300's seating.
Value 6x10=60
Select 24x15=360
Premium 9x50=450
Marquee 2x150=300
Total= $1170
2 seats=$2340
6x37=222
24x37=888
9x80=720
2x150=300
Total= $2130
2 seats=$4260
6x50=300
24x50=1200
9x95=855
2x190=380
Total=$2735
2 seats=$5470 |

There were 2 price points for season seats this year on the 300 level - $42 and $30. The $42 seats are the 3 sections on both sides that are between the baskets. Everything else is $30.
You would then multiply that number by 43 and you'd have the season ticket price per seat. The season ticket price doesn't vary game to game. |

When I went to the ticket office to pick up my season tickets, I saw on their sales board that they have 3000+ deposits with a 98+% renewal rate. |

not 100 percent sure... but after taxes, some fees and junk, your looking at around $2200 to $2300 per ticket... I bought mine in the upper 100's near midcourt and after everything it cost us around 16K... the good part is that you can sell your tickets to the games that arent really that important and make a lot of that money back. For example, there are about 20 games that you dont neccessarily have to go to.. sell those tickets and when its all said and done, you end up paying less than half the price... HOWEVER, the hardest part is getting the damn tickets!! I was lucky last year and found someone to sell me thier season tickets at face value because the economy hit them hard... this year they took thier tickets back so im sad
im on that damn waiting list and ive been on it for 3 years... no one wants to sell the 100's..... Good Luck buddy, hope you find some tickets!! |

Yeah, don't worry about it any time soon. I have been on the wait list since before the 2007-08 season and I have moved up from #1380 or something to around #1150.... |

Yeah, it's not easy to get season tickets. It's not just the money. It's the supply and demand. |
