Infernal Affairs (Original version of "The Departed" from Hong Kong)
Trainspotting (That speech/narration and that music at the end is F'n amazing!)
Orange County (Should have won an Oscar for its screenplay, seriously. So underrated. A very well-written contemporary. Great ending.) _________________ =======================

I liked the ending to the Illusionist. A Color Purple... "Mama..."
Haha at Mama! NETT-IIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!1. That is a good one, Spielberg is like the Roy Firestone of directors, always trying to get the ol saline flowing. I watched Schindler last night, the ending where they placed the rocks on his grave has grown on me since I first saw it, I used to think it was Spielberg overdoing it.
My pick is Cuckoo's Nest. The last 10 mins of that movie was one big closeout. Billy killing himself, Ratched getting choked, Mac getting knocked out, lobotomized, and smothered. Chief making his escape into the hills as Taber screams while the saw blade music is playing.

The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford
Not as "wow" as a lot of the ones mentioned (The Usual Suspects, Se7en), but man it has stuck with me since I've seen the movie. So I thought it's worth a mention.
