Choose your favorite cars from each of the following categories, and explain why each car is special to you.
Convertible
BMW M6 Cabriolet - Test drove one and was blown away by it. I, for one, do not mind technological advances in automobiles. Looks are killer with the top down
Coupe
Porsche 911 Turbo - my favorite car of all time so far. Perfect balance, looks, and performance. The benchmark in a everyday supercar.
Exotic (defined as any exceptionally rare/expensive vehicle)
Ferrari Enzo - Nuff Said!
Sedan
Lexus LS600h - beautiful and such a smooth ride.
SUV
Acura MDX - relatively well priced with all the bells and whistles that a Bimmer or Benz gives you. Plus, its pretty good in the snow.
Track car (including road-legal racing homologation models and non road-legal kit cars)
Nissan Skyline R34
Truck
Toyota Tundra LE - My dad has one and its as practical as any full size truck out there
Van
Toyota Sienna LE - Drives like a car and has lots of space plus, its a TOYOTA!!!!!
Wagon (or hatchback)
Audi S4 Wagon - Only wagon I would ever consider buying. _________________ Music is my medicine
I'm just looking up some NSX information. . .I found a couple pictures of an NSX preview. . .I guess it's not going to happen though. I heard the the NSX has retired for good. Anyone with any info, please let the situation be known.
NSX preview
Looking fabulous.
This 1993 NSX is still my favorite overall from the exterior. . .but those 2(above) are looking rather stellar.
Nicest looking rim I have ever seen: Beautiful JDM rim

I liked the Acura HSC concept they had about 3 years ago. The lines were incredible. _________________ Music is my medicine
Seen it in person at Cars and Coffee. Never got a chance to drive it. The 2 useless pipes, the 8 speed tranny, and the bulging hood were turnoffs for me. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

I dont know why they wanted a 8 speed tranny man. The pipes are ok IMO and the bulging hood is weak. I'll be heading to the Vancouver auto show this weekend....I'll be keeping my eyes open for the NISSAN gtr. I know its not your cup of tea but its been getting friggin crazy reviews from all sorts of driver mags and television shows. _________________ Music is my medicine

Oh I know about the GTR. I never doubted it wouldn't be entertaining for most automotive enthusiasts. I just want simple MR platforms.
As for the Lexus? Valiant 1st attempt at a "sports car". 8 Speed is just for bragging rights. The pipes? 2 more than needed = excess weight. Hood bulge? Probably necessary, but I still don't like it. _________________ Resident Car Nut.
