Damn all the ex-Lakers are coming back. Welcome back Kent! _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.
Kent 36% career 3 point shooting. Last year 41%. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.

This is one hellava pick up if its vet min.
He is not a defensive demon that AC is but he provides a high end energy on
defensive end that we desperately need while shooting 41% from 3s with good volume. He is shooting something like 45% when its wipe open I think.
A bit foul prone for my liking, but I absolutely like this signing at vet min.
This shows that Rob isn't going 180 on the defensive identity of Lakers but is
looking for a healthy compromise of defense with star power & shooting.
KB was one of my main hopefuls for minimum wagers on the team. We desperately need wings and he has both the size and defensive energy to be effective. His shooting is just OK, but we could do a LOT worse for minimum wage.

Baze was quite mediocre last season if memory serves. I don't recall him bringing anything in particular to the Warriors party (I watch Warrior games #Klaythiest). And he's another player I'm just "meh" on, personally. LeSigh...

Did he?! Wow. I remember him being irrelevant. Well, if he was shooting like that on GSW I hope it continues here and he doesn't suddenly contract LakersShooting-itis
"During the season, he helped lineups click into place, shooting a career-high 40.8% from 3-point range and playing relentless defense. On April 10, he replaced Kelly Oubre Jr. in the starting lineup for his final 17 games, slotting in at guard next to Stephen Curry."
In sum:
Physical guard, does gamble, plays aggressive. Can be foul prone.
Put another way, I'm not sensing any sort of washed up theme. _________________ "One thing I admire about Kuzma is his unwavering confidence. He truly has no idea that he’s not as good as he thinks." - Killer_Z

He's not a big name. I'm seeing lots of narratives posted by LGers about how the new additions are done. Now, I did not watch those players much during the season, but relying on some of the sources posted by folks who watched their teams and saw them all the time, seems to me these guys fill a need. _________________ "One thing I admire about Kuzma is his unwavering confidence. Ok.
I swear I do not remember Baze doing anything remarkable but my bad Baze.
If Coach Kerr is choosing to start him over LG fave "Ouuuubreee"...that says lot. _________________ "One thing I admire about Kuzma is his unwavering confidence. He truly has no idea that he’s not as good as he thinks." - Killer_Z
