I think one unexpected thing when everyone hyped the Clippers is the reputation of Kawhi and PG as defenders is much stronger than their actual defense.
2 straight playoffs where the Clippers can’t stop a couple of good offenses and their Pippen and Jordan avoid the star matchups lol.
What is hilarious is media folks (cough Max Kellerman) comparing their D talent to the 90's bulls...OMG. LOL.
These people never watch entire games, they watch highlights and go off of those. I never listen to these people. I only trust the opinions of fans who watch all these games like you guys. Not hot take machines that are just out to get eyeballs/clicks
They’re all expecting the Lakers to win. They just lie so they have stuff to talk about.
96 of 109 came from 4 players, this could mean room for improvement. Our role players need to hit the open 3s and Vogel needs to tighten the rotation, why play THT if you play Wes in the 4th after didn’t play at all? Could Bmac help in short spurts with his 3s? I mean he is not shy

Today it was a good day...
Dinner:
Lakers win 109-102.
Vog's changes for the game? Play big. Trez did not play. Instead when Dre sat, Gasol played. Kieff also played. He elected to get the rebound advantage and avoid the Suns getting too many second chance points.
Lakers would push to double digit leads in the first quarter, and in the third, only to see a Suns TO lead to a run. In the fourth, the Suns then really started gaining momentum. On offense, attacking the hoop or a timely 3, while the Lakers offense was stuck in shooting jumpers.
Then as the game started winding down, Vog finally pulled out AD at 5 and went LBJ + guards around him. The sequences went something like: AD blocks shot. AD hits a 3. AD attacks basket and gets FT's. AD's defense interferes with a Suns drive, causes a turnover. AD more FT's
Dagger 3 by LBJ, game over.
Props to AD...he was HUGE. 30+ points. 10 boards. I think...what 7 assists?
LBJ, Dre, and Shro also played extremely well.
Still room for improvement. Bench has been poor in this series so far with scoring. Also, it wasnt until the Lakers starting hitting 3's (they started 2-13, then went 8-20, to end 10-33) that the Suns started having issues...so there it is. Shoot decent from 3, they win.
We took homecourt, lets defend it now.
DESSERT:
Clips lost. Just LMAO. What a great finish to the evening. Clips now down 0-2.
Shhhh! getting real on the battlefield!!!
Ain’t nothing like Playoff intensity!

The 4-1's are the tiny flag to give the opposition hope
