Some of Danny Elfman's lyrics in the song "Little Girls" probably explain Matt's persona. I'll bet, "They don't look to scold me, they just want to hold me." does because Matt knows that everywhere he goes, he is hated, either outright or behind his back (smattering of supporters notwithstanding) _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL

To answer that we need to know what kind of a Kobe fan Matt has been on LG. Was his fandom of zealous proportion? _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL

Southerners in general associate unions with communism. That's why the poorest, least educated states in the country are almost all in the former Confederate States. There is a culture of people voting against their own self interest dating back before the Civil War, and oligarchs have exploited that culture for two centuries. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns". |

I really didn’t expect (not suspect) this outcome, I mean it’s pretty clear cut if you’re a worker (after a year of thinking about this too!) |

Companies and political propaganda are very effective at scaring employees out of organizing. Wal Mart even went so far as to outsource all of their meat packing when one store unionized, and they closed a store in Canada right after opening it when it organized. Along with the political propaganda (same thing that gets working class whites to vote Republican), fear of losing their job is a strong and real. _________________ “We must always take sides. Never gonna argue with someone who needs his/her job but if at 2021, after a whole year of this, if that threat of shutting down the job isn’t taken out (I actually never thought it would be at these workers minds at 2021) then there was no need to go thru this thing to begin with |

Those who honor the South/Confederacy, and any important figures to that movement, are honoring racists, traitors, and losers...which might say a lot about those still doing the honoring. _________________ Garvey, Lopes, Cey, Russell |

Quote: | Shane Goldmacher @ShaneGoldmacher
Former President Trump attacked Mitch McConnell as a "dumb son of a (bleep)"
and "stone cold loser" in his speech at the RNC donor retreat tonight, per an attendee. |
Quote: | The same former president who last month sent the R.N.C. a cease-and-desist letter demanding they stop using his likeness to raise money on Saturday evening served as the party’s fund-raising headliner.
“A tremendous complication” was how Fred Zeidman, a veteran Republican fund-raiser in Texas, described Mr. Trump’s lingering presence on the political scene.
The former president’s insistence on leading the party “affects every member,” Mr. Zeidman said, as lawmakers and would-be elected officials jockey for a Trump endorsement that was as powerful in a Republican primary as it could be problematic in a general election.
“He’s already proven that he wants to have a major say or keep control of the party, and he’s already shown every sign that he’s going to primary everybody that has not been supportive of him,” Mr. Zeidman said. “He complicates everything so much.” |

McConnell may be a lot of things, but he's not dumb and he's not a loser. He's been winning elections for many decades and accomplished his goals every time he gets power.
Trump, as usual, is projecting. _________________ ¡Hala Madrid! |

Yep, Mitch is loathsome but he is not stupid or a loser. I'm just surprised Trump hasn't compared him to a dog yet, another favorite insult. _________________ “There is always light if only we're brave enough to see it, if only we're brave enough to be it.” --Amanda Gorman |

That sound you hear is the bus rolling over Gaetz' mangled body.
CNN: Embattled Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz is denied a meeting with Trump
Quote: | Rep. Matt Gaetz, who's facing a federal investigation into sex trafficking allegations, was recently denied a meeting with Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate as the ex-President and his allies continue to distance themselves from the Florida congressman.
Two people familiar with the matter said Gaetz tried to schedule a visit with Trump after it was first revealed that he was being investigated, but the request was rejected by aides close to the former President, who have urged Trump not to stick his neck out to defend Gaetz.
The interference by Trump's aides signals that Gaetz finds himself increasingly isolated as he weathers a potentially career-ending scandal just months after he offered to leave his plum job in Congress to join the 45th President's impeachment defense team. Trump has issued only one statement about Gaetz since the public first learned of the congressman's role in a sex trafficking inquiry at the beginning of April. In it, Trump denied ever receiving a blanket pardon request from the 38-year-old congressman and noted Gaetz's denial of the allegations against him.

Most of his followers live vicariously through his selfish cruelty (they’d do the same if given the chance), plus, since they have no real access to him, they can easily delude themselves that he wouldn’t forsake them. _________________ “We must always take sides.
