Just saw episode 5 of Lovecraft Country that came out Sunday.
Um...it's not for the faint of heart. One of the most difficult episodes of TV I've watched in a long time. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

You've piqued my interest. Think I'll give a peek. Must admit, I'm not much on gore. How are you watching? I have Eminence a streaming service. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.

Episodes 1-4 were crazy episodes. But I think you'd be fine with it. Episode 5 ... might be a little much for you Jo. Tough to describe without spoilers. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

I watched E1 thru 5
Eminence has HBOMax and all others for $26.00 per month. It's a great streaming service.
Still watching.
Jurnee Smollett's working, is her brother?
I didn't recognize Aunjanue Ellis. She's gained a lot of weight. Her characters name fits her Hippolyta.
There were Kobe references. The ghost wore number 8. The song I got money, said Got to work like Kobe just to shine like Russell.
I'm on 5, yeah it's trippy. Metamorphosis. Ruby's revenge. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

^Really liked episode 6. Best of the season.
I've read the book and watched the preview for episode 7. So I know what's up next. As far as sci-fi goes. I think episode 7 has the best plot the book/show has to offer.
Since you made it this far, you might as well keep up Jo. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

As our Lakers were winning a classic last night, Schitt's Creek literally swept everything comedy-related at the Emmys last night, winning for all 4 acting categories, directing, and writing. Love it! |

I know the awards are just a popularity contest but I really wish Better Call Saul’s cast and crew got the recognition they deserve. Rhea especially deserves not only a nomination but a win before the show ends. |

I've been watching "Hache" on Netflix. It's set in Barcelona in 1960 and it's about drug trafficking in that city. A woman infiltrates a group of heroin dealers and then things happen from there.
It's pretty good. It features an incredible amount of cigarette smoking. It's in every damn scene, and I'm not exaggerating. Think Mad Men x 10. _________________ ¡Hala Madrid! |

Not new television shows, but getting the complete seasons of Seinfeld and Martin on DVD fills that little void. _________________ Under New Management |

Just watched first episode of Apple TV's Ted Lasso.
Sweet, funny and endearing show. Will probably binge it when given the time. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

E7 was interesting. It gave insight to the kumiho. It showed the fox that the kumiho 9 tails came from. I'm pulling for Ji-Ah to be human. It also explained that Ji-Ah was a step daughter. I was thinking incest. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

One of the reasons I was glad I got Peacock for free was so I could watch "The Rockford Files" again. Totally fun nostalgia for me. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Anyone check out Utopia on Prime? I’m a few episodes in and am liking it. I like how Prime is becoming home to comic book shows that have a completely different feel. The Boys has been awesome. |

Episode 7 was weird. I googled Hypolyta. She was a Amazon God. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Gave it a shot last night. It is everything you say. It's one of those really "feel good" shows in a truly tangible way. I couldn't help but press "next episode" for 4 straight until I just had to go to sleep and forced myself to save some for later. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know
