Won't be as funny with Will Smith drying his face with Kevin Hart's underwear. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant

I'm not the kind of guy who'll go to a mans job and kick the shovel out of his hands. If you don't like it don't buy it. Good luck Will and Kevin. Keep people working. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.
I miss the days when Hollywood would recycle the same plots but at least try to use an original twist and title most of the time. _________________ Under New Management

Depends on what he is using the shovel for.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure everyone agrees. But that doesn't preclude people from expressing an opinion about what they see as totally uncreative work.

They're a couple of talented guys (well maybe one) who are in a position to get studio support for just about anything. So why not put that to something new and of their own?

Nice virtue signaling, but it's not as simple as that. There are not an infinite amount of feature films being made these days. For every project like, there's an original film like say "Trains, Planes and Automobiles" that isn't being made. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

What ever, it's your job, I won't interfere even if you're shoveling $hit.

People can express an opinion, I'm not opposed to that, I'm expressing an opinion, that being, If you don't like it don't buy it.

They both have new ventures. Will Smith, Gemini Man, Kevin Hart, Die Hart.

That may be true but in today's times employment is a premium. If Will and Kevin put people to work I applaud them. May not be quality but it puts food on the table and pays the rent. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I'll bet they re-cast Kevin Bacon as the cab-stealer in the beginning of the movie. He's still footloose enough to dash around. Think of it, you can see KB coming from a mile away. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!

How bout a Stripes remake? I wanna see 2020 Cruizer, Psycho/Francis, Ox, Hulka, Judge Reinhold, etc. Sean Young was hot. Loved her in the Bladerunner era. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!
It just makes no sense. There have been tons of mismatched buddy road trip movies, both before and after Planes Trains and Automobiles. Using the same title immediately makes fans of the original draw comparisons, which will inevitably fail. On top of that, it's an older movie that most younger people never saw, so the title means nothing or close to it to them.

Yep, came out November 25, 1987. To add, following Steve Martin in anything is difficult in itself. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I think the most frustrating part about both of these guys is the way they’ve achieved this pinnacle of success. Both had talent..Kevin in his early days was hilarious but in order to get to where they are now they really sold out. That’s just how the game works though..sad but can’t knock the hustle. I’ll sell my soul and make awful movies if it means I can achieve a net worth of close to a billion dollars. As much as I believe in upholding a high standard for yourself...there’s always a price. Congrats to them both - not expecting much out of this at all, just like the rest of their stuff.

Sold out or take what's offered? Kevin and Will seem suited for B films. Neither are Brando or Denzel. What roll would you give them to make them more relevant? They both have niches. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Kevin Hart is definitely going to be typecast as the funny guy. Will Smith on the other hand, has opened up movies that crosses all genres...a lot of which were blockbusters. I think Will could do pretty much any movie out there. To his credit, he's also got 2 Academy Awards nominees to boot. _________________ KOBE
