Gotta say his handle is pretty good for someone with his wingspan. He's also very crafty with the ball and looks like he can create his own shot pretty easily. And he's what, 19?

Yeah, he has some good potential for sure. I like that they are red shirting him this year basically, just let him play ball and get a bit of experience since he's so young. If he hits the off season hard (especially conditioning wise) and has a good pre-season i'm hoping he can start getting some real playing time in the NBA to see what we have.

I’m hoping him getting a lot of playing time he will develop more.
Looks skimmed down. Hope he’s been working on his shot. Gotta be pretty motivated that Avery is out and Waiters is set to play ahead of him. Next in line of stellar Laker 2nd round picks.

If I was running the lakers. I'd bring him to Orlando. Maybe he is a 3 and D guy that could over achieve with Vogel. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better”

I'm not sure if he really fits the 3&D prototype. He seems like more of a secondary (or even lead) ball handler that isn't quite ready to play that role for an NBA team yet. His highlights look awesome, but his %'s are a bit worrying as far as his potential as a spot of shooter goes.
That said, he's only 19 and the flashes he has shown in the G League are really impressive. I'd like to see him get at least a few minutes once we've clinched the 1 seed. I think he definitely has a chance to make a meaningful impact next year.

In both college and the g league, he only shot 30.8% from 3-point land. Only 74.3% from FT in g league, so I doubt think he's much of a shooter at this point.
I'm guessing if Tucker got any serious burn, we would see a guy who wasn't ready to make NBA playoff level reads on either side of the ball who also struggled with his shot. Can't really expect much from a 19 year old with no NBA reps.
THT’s shooting numbers are skewed lower due to a slow start coming back from injury and being out of shape early on. Hard to tell G league numbers vs NBA, but as much as some dog his percentages, he’s right there with RJ Barrett who gets a pass from many due to his young age. THT’s 3 is much improved since January, as well as his shot selection. THT has talent using his body and length scoring in the paint. He was dunking on 7”2” centers in G league...he needs some run.
