Why were the 2010 Celtics only 50-32 in the East if they were a strong team? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Huh...?
First of all, you yourself listed them as #1 on your own list...
Regular season record isn't the end all be all. By that logic then you consider the 2000 Lakers stronger/tougher than the 2001 Lakers simply because they won nearly 10 more games during the regular season, no?

It wasn’t rhetorical; I was actually curious why they were only 50-32. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

The 2010 Celtics were getting older so Doc Rivers decided to rest Pierce, Allen and Garnett more during the regular season sacrificing wins so that they could be healthier in the playoffs. _________________ "Larry, you only told me one lie. Oh, didn’t realize that. How much weaker than the 07-08 team did you think they were? KG wasn’t the same player but Rondo had emerged as a fourth star. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

They were definitely weaker. It wasn't just that KG was older and somewhat injured. They had lost key role players from the 08 team like James Posey, Eddie House even PJ Brown and replaced them with role players that were not as consistent in Glen Davis and Nate Robinson.
Ray Allen was never the same after Artest cheap shotted his leg in Game 3.
Obviously the Perkins injury was big. Rasheed Wallace was an X factor in that game 7 as it tried to take the place of Perkins but he was a bit injured and could not play the whole game but he did the best he could.
However, even with all this in consideration I feel like we had a lot of calls go against the Celtics in the 4th quarter of Game 7 and they still had a real chance to win the game. _________________ "Larry, you only told me one lie. Makes you really wonder about the other 29k posts...
Agreed. I’d probably switch Houston and Orlando though. They took us to 7 and that was after T Mac went down. _________________ We pour this booze and we drink this booze because we think it's yummy. YUMMY! So over the tounge and down the throat to party in our tummys.

And Yao too after game three. Do you think the Rockets would have won with one or both healthy? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Nah, Kobe and the boys were on a mission after losing to Boston the year before. _________________ We pour this booze and we drink this booze because we think it's yummy. YUMMY! So over the tounge and down the throat to party in our tummys.
