Cant watch videos from NBA.com on Firefox 2.0, NFL.com aint workin too

Always i wanna watch videos on nba.com, firefox crash and i have to restart it, does anyone here has a solution for the problem and can help me to fix it?

EDIT:
Same thing happens when i go to NFL.com.
