Yea that Green Bay Packer thing annoys me. We have been spoiled by the obsessive greatness of Kobe Bean. This reminds me of the (bleep) Rodman used to pull in terms of going to Vegas after and before games but I cant recall Dennis missing games after these escapades. Not as bad as the Ceballos Lake Havasu (bleep) but still annoys me just as much.
imma be real him going to green bay game didnt annoy me at all. hes just watching a football game lol its not like he was out playing celebrity football or some (bleep) that requires physical exertion. i dont see that one. _________________ Kobe Forever

Yeah, I don't think anybody else wonders about this.

One thing I would like AD to do when he returns.
To try and not force things on offense.
To focus on his movement off the ball in the offense, and helping guys like Danny Green get good screens off the ball to get open.
Lebron has to get the offense rolling the same way he has without AD, only utilizing AD as a target.
Sometimes Lebron gets too caught up in getting AD his, and this slows down our momentum on offense. We need to utilize AD as a target player, someone whose freakish length and athleticism gets so many target plays. Not so much as a guy that we just feed regardless where he is. Once you can not reach AD via a target play, and then your other options are not available either, you can settle for an isolation or feed for AD. And AD needs to make a quick move there and read the D if the double is coming.
When Lebron is out of the game, that is when AD should pick up his aggression individually with the ball. Sometimes we do this even when Lebron is in the game, and it makes others on the team just stand and watch, creating a lack of depth to the offense.
I feel we're really close to being at a level to win it all, and AD and Lebron figuring that out, would get us there. To me AD is more valuable averaging 22-23 points a game, playing elite D and being a guy that draws the defense in, without touching the ball as much, than he would be getting those extra touches and scoring 27-28 a night, but with the other guys being less involved.
Many have blamed coaching, but I think without AD we have seen that the offense runs very very smoothly with the role players doing their thing. What AD needs to do now is come in as a target player when Lebron is running point. Then be more creative with the ball when Lebron rests.
Heh, AD can relax when he's out instead of constantly worrying his team is going to lose
Lol AD is loving Laker Nation. It's unlike anything he's ever experienced with the Pels. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

AD's last few seasons
2018-19 -- 56 games played, but didn't miss many due to injury
2017-18 -- 75 games played
2016-17 -- 75 games played
really not bad at all tbh
Yup, not too bad. And as long as he plays every game this postseason, we're good. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

The Lakers are listing Anthony Davis as questionable for tomorrow’s game in Boston. Although Frank Vogel had indicated Davis might work out this morning before the team flew, the Lakers say that didn’t happen.

its pretty true. i saw that new orleans arena half empty during every losing season. a solid fan base fills the arena even during down periods. _________________ Kobe Forever
im also pretty sure new orleans was ranked weakest market for any nba team. ad definitely didnt get the amount of exposure he should've gotten playing for them. why? because well lets be honest nobody cares about the new orleans pelicans. only reason why they've had some hype around them this season is because of a potential generational talent in zion. and because of the lakers trade.. _________________ Kobe Forever
@ventura have you ever seen laker home games half empty? what about the knicks? or celtics? bulls? trailblazers? jazz? answer that for me. even when these teams have been bad their fans still fill the building. thats what i would consider as solid fan bases.. definitely not new orleans _________________ Kobe Forever
They should continue to hold him out until he’s fully healthy. I suspect this is helping his shoulder that he’s played through as well. As long as this team keeps winning, it’s smart to be cautious with your stars.
