There's elements of Baze's defense that our team is missing and could really use, it would take our defense up a little notch. he's the energy guy who sprints back and gets a block and whenever an open man in the paint has the ball and is unsuspecting, he swats that bigman from behind - this is how he gets 0.7 blocks a game, along with a steal a game...he flies around.. on closeouts too. think about when Josh Hart is having a high energy defensive game.. but Baze is much longer.

Anyone with a minimal understanding of the game can.

Bradley need to hound Lou from the start when he comes off the bench.. Once he gets into rhythm, it’s hard to contain him

Easier said than done. You breathe on him and they call a foul.

Switch scheme will pick him apart. I don’t think Vogel has really employ that yet but for sure it will be done in the playoff. Doc has pretty showed his cards on how his switch scheme with Kawhi getting all the iso plays against anyone he prefers.

Well that’s how they call games in the regular season.

Sac traded for 2 future 2nds and the expiring Baze contract to essentially cut Portland's tax deal (Ariza has only 1.8m guaranteed next season). Sac also opened up.a roster spot.

We can't trade future 1sts, but we sure can trade a couple future 2nds.

Cook(only 1m guaranteed next year)/Av(player option next season)/2023 & 2024 2nds for Cory Joseph

Sac gets more draft assets and Cook & Av are essentially expirings.

We get a playmaker and Bron insurance on Cory. His deal in the 3rd year is partially guaranteed paying only 2.4m to stay in line with our ridiculous '21 plan....and oh yeah, he's a Klutch klient.

No need to hate on Lonzo Ball, he is having his best season so far in his career and he has the potential to do more.

I like that Gabriel dude. Tough nose energy guy, he’s somewhere in between Trez and Faried if he pans out.

So it sounds like Cov is going to cost a ton of assets? Like Kuz and some 2nds? Even then that might not be enough, they might want a first too, which seems like a ludicrous price for Cov

I'd pay Kuz, salary (Cook + Cousins) and a 2nd for Cov and Noah Vonleh, probably
