Like most big brands, they're primarily a marketing company. If anything happens to one of those customers with this guy's donuts... Krispy Kreme is gonna take a big hit. It's extremely unlikely but it can happen. |

It's like Postmates but for out-of-state food. |

Can you legally ask them to stop? I mean once I buy the food, it’s my food... maybe just can’t market it as such or have a disclaimer? |

Krispy Kreme strikes deal with college kid who drives 250 miles to resell its doughnuts
Quote: | The company tells CNN that it was concerned that the doughnuts were not meeting its quality standards due to the long drive from Iowa to Minnesota.
However, after an outpouring of support, the company is now working on a deal with Gonzalez to allow him to become an independent operator.
"Today, we reached out to Jayson to express our appreciation for his love of Krispy Kreme and admiration for his entrepreneurial spirit," a spokeswoman for Krispy Kreme tells CNN. "We are going to help him achieve his goals, which include being debt-free when he graduates in 2021, in part by selling Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.
"We wish Jayson great success and we're thrilled to help him achieve it by donating 500 dozen doughnuts when he re-starts his business." |

You probably can't make him stop, but you can enforce your right to refuse service to someone trying to order 1k to 2k donuts. |

I heard they are trying to make sealed bags mandatory now because the delivery drivers keep sampling the food on the way to delivery. |
