The Howard we saw today was an all star, hopefully he can keep it up.
A G League all star considering who played tonight.
A little positivity goes a long way bro
Reality goes a longer way. The positives from last night was the play of some of our own end of bench/G League players. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.
Has anyone seen the crowd reaction when Dwight was announced? Just curious if the Staples fans mostly cheered or booed... I’m guessing there was a little of both?

I was there....he got cheers but there were subtle boos too...and the crowd erupted on the break away dunk. I think if he continues doing what he's doing they'll all buy in.
Without a doubt, like what I saw the last 2 nights.
I was worried that doubt lost a lot explosiveness and quickness after seeing him in the early games (he seemed slow at times)..
although I am still unsure how much explosiveness he has left, I did see a play where Russell try to drive around him and Howard was able to keep up causing Russell to travel.
So he still has some explosiveness and quickness, which should pay dividends since a lot of teams will try to use screens to free up their shooters (e.g. Nets) and he will have to help defend the shooter.
And it is possible he is still trying to get his rhythm going (I saw 1 or 2 plays where he fumbled the ball) so we still have more upside to see
8.4/8.6 in 18 minutes will be a huge win if we get that in the regular season, especially if he's setting hard picks, playing good D, etc. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns".

I honestly don't recognize him anymore. Old DH would never box out two players so that a team mate could get the rebound. Old DH would not cut to the rim like that, old DH would not pass like that. I like this back to the basics DH who is just balling out there. DH, you are winning me over, thank you! Take care of your back! _________________ R.I.P. Doc Buss
He's all in and really none of us should complain. He's doing everything asked of him and it looks to me like he's getting a little of his explosiveness back...that would be great!

Doing dirty work without complaining. I hope he surprises people by keeping that all that up throughout his contract. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

Dwight >>>>> Zubac and it’s not even close, I hope the fans who complained about the Zubac trade are now happy that he’s gone, so far he looks like a bum in the pre season while Howard has looked very active.
