I just hope he's healthy and ready to prove it during training camp. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

This is either gonna be a genius move or it will blow up in our faces and AD leaves in the offseason.... |

I still feel like he (bleep) us over in summer of 2013. He will have to earn the fans' trust back. |

Great move. Don’t get why so many’s emotions are clouded. He’s still is a skilled player, no one else available is close. If he’s a problem, he’s gone. I see no downside. |

question for some of you stating there is no downside of simply releasing him mid-season. What center are they signing in Dec or Feb to replace him?
Selection will be even worse and building chemistry and learning systems becomes an issue. |
This is true. But that's also buyout season. The opportunity cost IMO is Noah. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Sigh
Let’s go Dwight! This is your last chance for a ring! Redeem yourself!
Lebron will keep his ass in check |

Here we go again, LG (Laker Gripe) strikes again. FO did its due dilligence, and I will cheer for Coward to do well. Earn your heart back and be called Dwight again. Congrats Coward prove us wrong.
Noah (should have been the choice) only if he is healthy, which I doubt.
Speights must be just out of shape for the NBA even though he can shoot. |

Brilliant move for LBJ.
Now he won't be the most hated Laker by Lakers fans. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Ive hated Dwight since he left, but he's wearing purple and gold...and we need another title!
We lost our 3 former #2s, and now we have 3 former #1s (LBJ, AD, DH12)!! _________________ Magic*Kobe*LBJ*AD*Cap |

Damn. I hate him. Hate when he talks, just hate him.
I still have the Jersey I bought for my 7 year old daughter at the time. You guys think I should bust it out for my youngest daughter who is 8 now? Lol _________________ Previously LBJ23 |

As a center alongside AD he's actually a pretty amazing get. I mean, I can't stand him from his previous stop here but I'm down for a redemption story.
I just want to feel good about the Lakers again at some point. |

Great signing!!! You can argue he’s a better defensive center than Boogie and honestly we need defense. Not only that but all the attention AD and Bron require will open if Dwight for easy love and follow up dunks. Pelinka keeps doing the right thing and puts the past behind in order to win now |

Him and McGee about 20 min a piece and play as hard as they can when they are on the floor. No excuse not to and AD plays about 8 at the C spot. _________________ Previously LBJ23 |

I'd rather have Noah, but it's not like we could do much better than Dwight. _________________ .... |

A non-guaranteed deal? I don’t get how anyone doesn’t like this. Leave the past behind. |
