Yeah. I got initially excited when I read the title although people's posts about him (and his name) have me a tad concerned. But anything is better than what we've been doing, I suppose... |

is he legit? You do not call yourself Lethal Shooter unless you are 100% legit.....I am just waiting to find out he was the Kardashian's high school PE teacher or something. On the plus side, just had a visual of Kim in short gym shorts. |

Once KCP started working with lethalshooter there was a period of time where he just didn't miss a single free throw. Anyone remember what the streak was up to? |

Please stop bashing this guy. I actually know him and he's a great dude. From my area near Washington D.C |
I have done research what do you think I’m doing - I’m comparing his teaching techniques to other shooting coaches. I know he has a nice customer base. He isn’t Steph’s shooting coach though, and wasn’t the guy who fixed Bazemore’s shot - that wasn’t ATLs shooting coach there was a popular Ringer article about it. Why does researched critique have to be bashing or hate |
"saying someone worked with Player X" ...is far from saying he is their personal shooting coach. Plenty of players such as Ingram work with multiple skill coaches. |

If we've hired him (or even someone else) as a shooting coach, that is an excellent move by the FO in the right direction.
I was harping on the need to sign one some months ago because of how bad Zo's shot mechanics were and because the rest of the team wasn't lighting it up either. Even with better shooters in the roster now, we still need to have a coach to help improve/maintain their shooting as well as to work with new signings and draft picks. How much can it cost? A drop in the ocean compared to the potential rewards from being a winning team.

Man, Kuz re-muscle memorying his shot in year 3. He's gonna be a killer next year. I hope he doesn't become solely a jump shooter but keeps the cutting and attacking the rim. |

i wonder if he's part of the reason why he played better? Either that or he just plays better when zero pressure. |

He is not our shooting coach. I would've updated but I didn't expect this thread to get bumped.
I see Lethal Shooter post a lot on IG story with Kuz and clips of himself watching Lakers games for notes. He seems really dedicated to helping Kuz figure it out. Hope it works out! |

Career 3P% for our players
Green: 40.4%
Cook: 41.8%
Daniels:40.0%
Dudley: 39.2%
Caruso: 39.8%

He’s worked with Lethalshooter.
I recall Kuzma last year saying he kept tinkering with his shot. I think it helped contribute to his bad shooting from 3. _________________ Formerly OC Lakerfan |

From his most recent video with Kuz, this seems to be the case for year 3... Not excited about that. |

It gets even better when you factor in improvements because some of the guys were poor/mediocre 3 shooters earlier in their career so their career percentage doesn't show how good they currently are.
Rondo in the last 4 seasons has averaged 35.8% from downtown. Lebron has averaged 36% over the past 8 seasons. Pope has averaged 36% over the past 3 seasons. Even Cousins at 36% over the past 4 seasons (not counting last season bc he came back from the injury).
