Dave McTen said that he he could be another candidate for the Lakers HC job, he’s currently a lead assistant on the Bucks team and I’m assuming he’s a huge apart of the Bucks success.

In the fourth of our series featuring Mike Brown's new assistant coaches (Getting to know: John Kuester; Quin Snyder; Chuck Person), we get to know Darvin Ham, who joined the staff on Oct. 24. Ham played his college ball at Texas Tech before playing eight of his 12 professional seasons in the NBA. His first coaching gig came as a player-coach with the New Mexico Thunderbirds in 2008.
As coach:
2008–2010 Albuquerque Thunderbirds (assistant)
2010–2011 New Mexico Thunderbirds
2011–2013 Los Angeles Lakers (assistant)
2013–2018 Atlanta Hawks (assistant)
2018–present Milwaukee Bucks (assistant)

As far as I know, Ham isn't really known for anything except jumping in front of Enes Kanter to stop a fight. I've never seen his name mentioned in those articles about assistants who are primed to become head coaches. I have no idea how much of a contribution he made to the Bucks success.
