| I wouldn’t be surprised if Magic values higher draft pick as a liability as the salary is higher. Cap space is the most important theme for him. |

Luke is trying to look good to either keep his job or start making the case for his next job. The players and the coaches can't just lose on purpose because that potentially affects their careers and the team is pretty much already sitting all the rotation players. |

| I’m not even mad at these wins, the fact that the opponent can’t beat our G league squad is pretty hilarious and awesome... the Jazz in theory should have handled us pretty easily but for whatever reason they couldn’t. |

Don't you remember all of those Hall of Fame interviews where the player started out saying... "Well, the first thing I needed to see was a concrete commitment to winning... and when I saw them go from a potential 32-50 to 38-44 season... you know, that's all I needed to know about this franchise."

It shows you what could have been if management and coaching didn't completely demoralize our team.
Take some talented players and bring them together for a common goal.
Don't turn two players into deities and the other ten into minions.

| I can’t belive people are mad that we won. To see G-Leaguers gut it out and pull off a win vs a well coached discipline playoff team. That win made me so proud to be a Lakers fan. |

Bananas.......Both the offense and defense have been looking competent...Much more fun to watch without LBJ, just like last year....
Lol, had they gone into full tank mode after ASB, Lakers might have made the playoffs!  |

I've never hated a Laker team more than I hate this team. The Klutch sports takeover along with the incompetence of Maginka have killed the joy of being a laker fan for me.
This is not the 90's, in today's NBA you build dynasties internally through draft picks and smart acquisitions not by leveraging your whole roster for a few big name free agents
Magic has no idea what it takes to build a winner in today's NBA, Lebron is a cancer, and Jeannie is just an emotional stardust with no leadership skills. This organization is completely F'd under their leadership |

Despite the slip of a couple percentage points in the draft lottery I am fine with the wins.
What a crazy world we live in that some find reason to complain when your favorite team is playing hard and winning a couple games in a disappointing season. Against a couple of playoff teams that should be taking them behind the wood shed by the way.
Nice to see the P&G play with some passion, energy and chemistry. Even if it is the end of the bench crew doing it. Respect to them for taking advantage of the opportunity.
Hopefully the projected returning starters learn from the experience. |
