yes but he is having maybe his best season yet. Prob the best PF after Davis. HEs stretched his game out and could play alot at the 5 |
How do you match his salary in a trade considering what we'll have left after this season? |

I meant, assuming we sign someone. We'd still have enough to trade for him? |

Magic has a thread in the general lounge? Odd, since he's part of the Laker organization, and moves he makes would thus be in the laker lounge. |

Not everyone knows Russell has his own thread since no one really goes to the general lounge that often. Figured maybe you guys didn't know that this is being discussed there. |

Congrats to Magic for missing the playoffs his 2nd season in a row.
Hopefully this offseason he can sign someone who:
1. Is an All-star
2. Can lead this team to a playoff spot. |

Having a general lounge is as pointless as having a West Wing with a family of five. |

Not if posters are smart enough to click on the link. LG offers a lot, I don’t know why posters purposely limit themselves. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

There is a Manchester United board that has a page where all recent posts appear regardless of category... as well as dedicated boards to the team vs. the league vs. off topic like this one.
The page that includes all posts is ideal because it's simply inefficient to post somewhere no one goes and refresh on different forums until someone comments.
In theory it's nice to see them neatly segregated but the bottom line is that even the main Lakers forum doesn't have huge traffic most of the time so unless a thousand people are posting, there is no need to divide them by category.
It's usually less than 20 people here.
It's like having a small dinner party with five rooms divided by conversational topics, and telling people to move to different rooms if they want to talk about different subjects.
Get the traffic up to 1000 plus people and maybe this system would make more sense. |

I think it's kinda cool to have a place for LGrs to have a place to talk about things that aren't Laker related.
We piss each other off quite often but I think we can all agree that collectively we put together some unique insights. So it's interesting to see what some of you think about other non Laker related topics. |

I think it's cool to talk about anything too.
I only think it's silly to make people move to another forum where there are only three active topics.
Unless the traffic improves... people should just post here imo. |
