Lol Fisher wasn’t a good defender. He had strength to not get bullied around and a knack for taking charges but players blew right by him and he had this horrible tendency to leave his guy wide open to go double a player in the post even if that player is not a scoring threat _________________ (bleep) Kawhi

Yep. After his injuries, his on-court positive was having a knack for hitting timely late game shots in the playoffs.
Mind you, if our starting point guard was actually a good defender and a threat offensively throughout the game, we wouldnt have needed those timely late game shots. But oh well.
Josh Hart better hope to be a better player than Fisher was. Now as an off the court leader, I don't know if Josh will ever be what Fisher was to the team. But I hope he can be that as well.
When was the last time he made a couple of threes in a game?
Every time he shoots now I’m thinking it’s a miss. Early in the season he was very solid for us.
His last three point shot was against Philly 29 of January. So one month after his last three. Probably next time when he makes one it will be a pool party for the Lakers organization.
Josh Hart has to model his game after Derek Fisher.
Play good defense.
Hit the open shot especially in critical situations.
Don't have to be a volume scorer had Kobe for that.
But when you needed the big shot Fish was there.
Fisher was never as athletic, never defended the post like Hart does and never had an ability to get to/finish at the rim.
D-Fish had other positives in shooting, leadership and IQ. I don't like the comparison.
A better model for Hart could be Ariza maybe if you want to compare him to a good role player in our past. _________________ www.lakersbrasil.com

For me the perfect model for Hart should be Rick Fox. Fox is a little bit taller but since Hart get to the Lakers I can see Fox in him. Maybe I am wrong but that is the players he need to try to be once.

I thought about Fox too, but Fox had better IQ, passing and toughness IMO. Hart can already score and rebound better than Fox ever did too. _________________ www.lakersbrasil.com

Did you ever see Boston Fox?
No, I started following the Lakers (and the NBA) in 2001. Was Fox like that? _________________ www.lakersbrasil.com
