Condolences to him and his family. Not an easy experience, I hope they'll be okay. |

This really explains where Beasley's head has been at. Hopefully he can come back strong and contribute. Laker's biggest hole is backup PF. |

When I hear about something like this, as a fan I can't bring myself to think about the basketball player. Just as one human to another I hope he's alright and takes whatever time he needs away from the Lakers. This is way bigger than basketball. I guess watching my parents get older has made me realize we're only all here for a limited time so appreciate them while you can. I'm happy Beasley's mom got to at least watch one last Laker game in person.
RIP. |

@Mike_Bresnahan
Michael Beasley (personal reasons) missed the last 13 games but would “absolutely” be considered for playing time tonight if Kyle Kuzma (bruised back) can’t play vs. NY, Luke Walton said. Beasley added a good jolt of energy at today’s shoot-around. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

"If" Kuz is out? We need him either way, dont understand why he wouldnt be considered if Kuz plays _________________ 48 49 50 52 53 54 72 80 82

He should play regardless of what happens to Kuzma, he can score in bursts and that can be very helpful even with Kuzma playing. |

I hope he gets time, though probably rusty as hell. Personally I hate the 4 guard lineup. Beasley is the same player as Kuzma for the most part. Seems logical to have
Lonzo - Rondo
Ingram - Hart or KCP
Lebron - Lance/Hart/KCP
Kuz - Beasley
McGee - Chandler |

I think if given the chance he’ll produce. Especially if Kuz is out. We all know he can score hopefully he can play decent D and rebound some. |

Can't imagine how difficult it was for him the past few months.
People were cracking jokes about him having off court drug problems and such when he was dealing with his mother dying.
Hopefully he can have some measure of release on the court and find some peace. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

The only one providing fire and passion at the moment. Loved how he walked past the ref and Town, pointed at Towns, and said I'm gonna (bleep) him up xD |
