Pretty awful movie. Don't see it unless it's on TV and you're too lazy to pick up the remote.

Nothing. That's why it's in the off-topic section, where things not about the Lakers are posted. Catch up.

I liked it. However, coming off Anchorman, it was like Kobe the next game after 81. The letdown was inevitable...

The movie is a mixed bag but worth it for a few funny scenes. It's not "There's something about Mary" funny but its still good.

The movie was decent imo. However like 2 or 3 people I talked to about it after seeing it were talking about that it was better then Anchorman and I was like wtf are you guys talking about did we see the same movie? So it was decent, but not anything close to the greatness of anchorman.

^^^ agree, Anchorman was much better. I felt like there were one or two funny jokes in all of Talladega.

That said, Elf is Will Ferrell's best movie hands down (Haven't seen Stranger Than Fiction yet).

Best part of the movie is when his friend stole his wife and the subsequent scenes of them on the phone together. Very good comedy and that's coming from someone who hates comedies.

Yeah that did crack me up also.

As for ELF being Farrells best. Wasn't that meant for kids? Because I didn't find hardly anything funny about that movie.
