It's KD or they have to go to a lower tier with Kemba or Middleton. | how much of that max space are you willing to give to kemba? |

One can only hope Draymond will remind KD that the Warriors "won without you" and call him a (bleep) at least one more time this season. I can see Mr. Sensitive wanting to stick it to Dray by coming here and beating the Warriors in the playoffs if he stays butthurt. |
Someone on LG please bait Dray via social media to do this. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Yeah. I guess in theory Middleton/Kemba is fine, but at 32m/year. KD/KL is a no brainer 0 second pause decision. Those guys, you have to think about it. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I hear that people find Toronto the best of New York and Chicago and love it there but they weren't bball players |

I have pretty much given up hope on KL. Look at the guy's personality, he is the antithesis of LA. He wants no attention, doesn't want to talk to media. Just signed a deal with New Balance... Imagine what a guy like him perceives LA to be like. Toronto is probably the perfect place for him. |

Also, he would be hated in Canada ala Vince Carter if he left Toronto.
His situation there is practically perfect for him. Hypothetically, doesn't make sense for him to leave at this point. _________________ I miss you Kobe. I miss you Gigi. |

And if he and Lebron don’t beat GS everyone would know that Green was right. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Toronto gives him all the star making notoriety, with none of the LA atmosphere.
Kawhi has an entire country supporting him, not just a state.
That + Not having to deal with LA-like media is perfect for a guy like him that prefers to remain docile and out of the public eye when he's not on the court, while still being seen as a star and getting the respect and attention he feels he deserves for it. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

I actually see the Clippers have a bigger chance of snagging him as a free agent.....just because of his personality and he would still get to play in LA without the spotlight of playing as a Laker or with Lebron. |

I don't see him leaving Toronto but if he did, it sure feels like Clippers would be the choice and quite frankly, he would fit incredibly well there assuming they keep their other pieces like Harris and Beverly.... do they even have their bird rights?
but yeah, it sure feels like kd or bust and something tells me Magic knows something otherwise why would he have not tried to get aggressive in the pursuit of KL. |
