Who does he start over? KCP? |
I have no idea what KCP brings to our team that Josh Hart doesn’t provide....at a better rate |

We gonna have to watch him get worked all season at center?
Force player into system or place players in position to succeed?

KCP can be good when you set him up for shots (preferably threes). The Lakers' offense just did not do that tonight. |

I wish he'd learn how to read while driving.. He reminds me of Clarkson when he drives. It's almost like he thinks he'll get shot if he passes in those situations. |

I can’t tell if the people here that constantly call him Clarkson every time he has a bad game are either stupid or racist because they are light skin...or both.
There is nothing about them that are similar. Freaking lazy hot takes these days. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

I'm light skinned.. and yes he absolutely does remind me of Clarkson when he drives. He needs to learn how to start reading what's going on and not be so determined to score.
I do nothing but defend Kuz, but the way he conducts himself on the offensive end needs to change. He needs to start playing with more intelligence and patience.

Pelinka needs to get off his ass and get a real back up Center. Playing Kuz at the 5 is killing his game on both ends. He's much better suited at the 4 and 3 spot. |

STOP PLAYING KUZMA AT CENTER! (especially against teams that have a big front court) |

Kuz will come in handy at center at times...it's up to Luke to put him in successful situation.
Kuz is working hard and I think he will figure it out and be more of a Draymond type center |

PLaying Kuz at center weakens the rotation. Now Lance gets minutes at the 3 that should be Kuz's. Kuz is a 3/4. That's it. |

Who's our backup 5 then? I'm a Zu fan. But he didn't look good in preseason. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

I'm in favor of playing Kurt Rambis at backup center over what we currently have. |

I think he need to be moved from C spot. Its just not for him. He is scorer and bad defensive player. IMO Zubac need to get the minutes and Beasley should keep the chair hot for LBJ when he is on the break. We need big body there and Zubac is at least big guy. |

I'd actually suck it up and play Zu until Wagner is healthy. Then I'd give him a chance. Kuz's game is not being maximized playing this far out of position.
Luke played Zu last year when Nance was traded and he had some decent moments. He's a natural center. Kuz is not even close to one. Kuz at center is a failed experiment. |

The only thing Kuz is doing that is reminiscient of Clarkson, is how he is being played out of the position in which he was so successful previously. |

It's not that hard. You task one of the no-name clowns on our coaching stuff to look up the next opponent.
The algorithm goes like this:
1. see if they have a large, back-to-basket Center a-la Nurkic
2. see if they have a large, rebounding backup a-la Plumlee
3. if the answer to either is "yes", don't play Kuz at C against either
I mean, Nurkic is 2 times Kuz size and they have a bunch of mobile PF tweeners -- Turner/Aminu that crash the glass.
Playing Zu would be much better...
Freaking Puke experimenting for 20 games with stupid ideas, like Randle of the bench (which is going to hunt as this season, because I truly believe that's why Randle isn't here today). |

The problem with that is that it isn't even remotely, within the same galaxy of what he excels at. _________________ KOBE |

Some of us were saying that from the time they started this Its not going to work Kuzma is not a center He was getting smashed again and it was predictable Small ball contributed heavily in the loss tonight Even Beasley is a better option at center than Kuzma |
