There's a good miss and bad miss. Lonzo's airballs are really bad misses. I have to hope and pray his shots will go in but how many games will it cost us if we let him shoot those airball until he finds his stroke? Assuming he has one in the first place. |

Not surprising that a kid like Zo was getting shaky but the vets kept calm. Don't know what JC's excuse is though. |
Good thing we have experienced head in there. Because my goodness Clarkson is in his 4th year and still acting like an idiot. |

Glad to see Zo taking his shots. They'll start to fall sooner or later, hopefully sooner _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Exactly.
Sooner than later, Lonzo miserable and unacceptable shooting at the NBA (or even G League) level will send the team down the drain.
Anyone thinking that this is sustainable is just a innocent dreamer.
I'd like to see this as a "slump" like Ingram had but we know it is NOT.
Lonzo rotten mechanics and and incapacity to shoot going left or even finish at the rim (get's blocked half of the times) isn't fixable like that.
It will take a LOT of time and maybe a miracle to fix this up to decent levels.
I am seriously worried that we messed up big time.

For all the complaints about Lonzo, he still got 9reb 9assists, and we still got a win. Yeah he did look like a rookie in the final 3 minutes.
Just imagine how good we'll be once he settles in. |

Few things to work on..
4th quarter closing games.
Lonzo work on that jump shot.
Luke take Clarkson out sooner.
And run the offense through KCP or Lopez. |

Another good aspect to tonight's game is that Luke kept a tighter 9 man rotation instead of cycling through the entire lineup (11 guys). They are starting to figure out what works. _________________ "I don’t give a [expletive] what you say. Lonzo needs to play much much better. I can take the missed shots, but the stupid decisions are something he needs to avoid in order to continue having a positive impact. |

Why is KCP always considered a vet. He's 24... |
Yeah, he's younger than JC. |

Lonzo had a bad two minute stretch in a game where he shot jacked
It's like you missed Nick young, Lou williams, and even Kobe |

Zo acts tough in his interviews but you can see by his body language that he really feels ashamed about his shooting right now. I keep seeing him loading up to shoot, hesitate, then the defense closes down. He needs to play with no conscience like Kobe or Clarkson and pretend like he doesn't care. He does care, but just until he fixes his shot, he needs to pretend he's in the gym and none of this matters. They need to get a professional to clear his mind. Hope he's seeing someone about this.

The problem with Zo's shots in that final 2 minutes was the quickness of the shots. Totally bad decision making. Make or miss, yes it's great to see him have the gusto to put it up but man... BBIQ and game situation Zo. C'mon man. |

honestly, it is amazing to me he can generate 9 assists despite the lack of outside shot. Teams are sagging off of him, playing for the pass and he still manages to produce. _________________ "I don’t give a [expletive] what you say. I have faith Lonzo will start balling out. Lonzo doesn't have a midrange game and thats the only thing that worries me. _________________ “The guy said NBA players are one in a million, ... I said, 'Man, look, I'm going to be that one in a million.'” - Kobe Bryant |
