Lamar - at Disneyland right after being drafted by the Clips. He wore the official warm ups that night.

Rusty Wallace - what a prick

Sean Penn - what a prick

The dude who played Freddy Kruger - REAL COOL

TV guy Van Earl Wright - not like what you see on TV. Real laid back.

Samuel L Jackson sat right next to me in a restaurant in Hawaii. His entourage had a problem with you if you even looked at him, at one point I said whats up and one of them actually lifted his shirt to reveal a gun as if I was there to rob Sam for all his millions. I told his whole table "(bleep) you", told the waiter he was taking care of my bill and left. 100% true.

Straight up GANGSTA dude.

I met Elton John at a airport once (years ago). And Tayshaun Prince at the Detroit airport (not long after Detroit beat the Lakers--it was difficult to be nice to him but he was cool). Everyone was asking for his autograph and taking their picture with him, he asked if I wanted a picture and I told him I was a Laker fan. He laughed and said well maybe not then.

Eating out in the LA area I've met actress Holly Hunter (soooo skinny, never saw her take a bite of food either) and the guy that played Balki on Perfect Strangers (Bronson Pinchot? he was eating with his agent, had a huge plate of garlic mashed potatoes).

And I met the girl that played the youngest daughter on the Brady Bunch once. I didn't recognize her without the blond pigtails (she was grown-up by then) but someone else did and asked for her autograph. Does she count as famous?

i was pamela anderson's personal shopper a long time ago when i worked at the mall. she was very polite and nice.

i saw grant hill at a teriyaki place in westwood. we were waiting for our orders, and when i got mine, he took a look at it, and said "looks good!"

lorenzen wright was in line in front of me at LV beverly center. the grizzlies were playing the clippers the next day. i didn't say anything to him, though.

in vegas, i saw jerome williams at barbary coast and brian shaw at wynn.

i saw hedo turkoglu at barneys a few years back, when the spurs were playing the lakers in the playoffs.

i used to run into michelle kwan a lot... i guess we like to go to the same places. i was even on the same flight as her once. she's really nice and friendly. she also bought me dinner a few years ago.

i saw christina haguilera and brandy at the mall (on separate occasions)... don't care enough about either of them to say anything to them.

various lakers... sasha, chris, caron (well, former laker), luke. caron is really sweet; so is chris.

didn't happen to me, but it makes for a good story... my husband got dunked on by michael olowokandi at l.a. fitness.

I dont know if either of these guys could be considered "Famous" but I saw Robin Leech and Marlon Wayans at a club in Vegas last weekend. Robin Leech is a big pimp with two nice young blondes sitting with him at his table.
They were there together?? That's an odd couple.

My ex-Mother law is an actress in LA, so I've had a chance to meet some of her counterparts over the years when I lived in SoCal: Matthew Fox, Michelle Pfieffer, Drew Carey to name a few.

Have also met:
Florence Henderson while getting ice cream with my son at the Universal City Walk
Hank Azaria and Helen Hunt in Studio City while eating dinner one night
Bryan Cranston-the Dad from Malcolm in the Middle was the Little League baseball coach for my younger brother in law in North Hollywood
Doug Williams when he was still in the USFL at a Lakers/Suns playoff game in 85
Jerry West in Hawaii as a kid
Kareem at Waimea Bay in Hawaii as a kid, my sister still makes fun of seeing him in his speedos!
Fat Lever in 88 when he was in crutches at a charity basketball game (Eddie Johnson) in Phoenix

Now that I live in San Antonio, I've only seen Duncan and Bowen at the Salt Grass Steakhouse last year but that's about all you'll see here...
