BTW.... IF the dbacks do win the next 3 i will actually recognize Nash as the 06 season MVP..... <~~just kidding  |

Actually, I wouldn't mind seeing the Dodgers get into the playoffs and face the Mets. It looks like Houston may catch St. Louis and win the Central. Clemens, Pettite, and Oswalt would be tough to face in a short series. With Pedro out in New York, El Duque is their #1 guy. Glavine has been struggling and is in the #2 spot. That also sets up the possibility of seeing Maddux vs. Glavine in the playoffs.

Dodgers and Padres tied for the NL West lead and NL wild card lead, both 2 ahead of Philly.
