Sounds like someone else wanted to take credit for the capture of Luster. _________________ Lakers | Dodgers | ACFC | COYS | LA Kings | Rams |

That is brutal. That sick freak Luster was living like a King in Mexico and laughing at US authorities who couldn't find him.
So Dog goes down there and gets him and this is how they repay him?
I guess we should just allow criminals to rape our friends, wives and girlfriends and then party in Mexico with no ramifications.
And Mexico is the last friggen country that should be complaining, did they really want that scumbag in their midst? _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

you know, it really is bizarre
Cop killers run and hide in Mexico and it's damn near impossible to get them back
Bounty Hunter gets a serial rapist, who is an American, and the Mex gov complains about it?
They should at least be relieved the rapist is no longer in their country
And the US Marshals capture him to send him to Mexico? Guess they got all those on the Top 10 Most Wanted list already and were looking for something to do. |

They didn't "complain" about it. They arrested him because bounty hunting is illegal. They probably are relieved that Luster is no longer in their country, but that doesn't stop all the other laws from being enforced. Probably nothing would have come of it except that they missed a court date (something so ironic that I think it breaks irony landspeed records).
And the Marshals haven't sent anyone back to Mexico. That's why there's an extradition hearing scheduled. _________________ Game recognize game, Granddad. - Riley Freeman, The Boondocks |

Who arrested him? The US Marshals.
Why? Did they just decide to to get him because they had nothing else to do or was it from pressure from Mexico?
Drug lords are chopping off heads and rolling them around in Mexico but they are worried about the guy in Hawaii who caught a wanted American fugitive / serial rapist.
Go figure. |

Ummm...that's exactly why they did it. It is to distract from their incredibly corrupt, criminal, and incompetent law enforcement and judical systems. |

This is a travashahbacle. Dog has been a tremendous asset to society after capturing over 6000 criminals (that the damn police couldn't). And this is how we repay him. He should get an efn medal, not possible prison time. And to extradite him to Mexico? You mean the same country that absolutely refuses to extradite our criminals back here? Something is rotten in Denmark. Do the police really feel that threatened by this bounty hunter? The judge that signed his arrest warrant should be de-barred. |

I'm sure that line works well when you get pulled over for speeding.

He isn't going to end up in prison, but he also isn't above the law. Even Mexican law. Both the U.S. and Mexico have the right to refuse to extradite its own people based on the extradition treaty they signed and Chapman hasn't been extradited yet. He's facing a hearing that may or may not result in him being extradited. At any rate, he knew better. He is a bail bondsman. This dude is forever busting people for missing court dates, so there was no reason to miss his own. _________________ Game recognize game, Granddad. - Riley Freeman, The Boondocks |

What?
Fact is my last ticket was 13 years ago
MEXICO CITY – An armed gang of suspected drug traffickers wearing ski masks threw five human heads onto the dance floor of a bar in western Mexico Wednesday in an apparent revenge killing, prosecutors said.
LINK
MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Violence between rival Mexican drug cartels is "boiling over" as a wave of grisly murders shocks even hardened law enforcement agents, a senior U.S. anti-narcotics official said on Thursday.
The warning came as the U.S. Embassy in Mexico cautioned Americans about a sharp increase in drug-related murders and kidnappings in border towns.

I love the Mexican people and culture. But their government and laws are seriously messed up and have been for a long, long time.
Why have a law not allowing criminals to be apprehended by bounty hunters? That is why the old saying "Run to Mexico" can still apply in 2006, instead of arresting Dog, the Mexicans should be giving him a key to the country. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Anyone who's been alive for a little while knows how screwed up Mexico is. We don't have to debate that.
My problem is with US Marshals wasting their resources on arresting a guy whose only crime is capturing a serial rapist. This is a waste of our tax dollars. The Marshals should use their resources to capture real criminals in the US, not be an arm of corrupt Mexico. |

That's my point too.
Of all the screwed up things going out at there in both the US and Mexico they go after this guy.
Makes me think there is some other motivation. |

doesnt MExico have better thigns to worry about?
Poverty (which, without getting too caught up in it, is the main reason why immigration is even an issue in this country. The problem isnt here, its OVERE THERE!!)
Drug Cartels
a politically seperated nation
dirty politicians
kidnappings
Pollution
oh and FREAKING POVERTY!!!!!
poverty leads to crime, immigration, drugs(as a way out), and fat pig politicians, and lastly, a seperated nation. |

So everything else should be ignored until all of society's major problems are solved?
Incidentally, poverty, drug cartels, a politically separated nation, dirty politicians, kidnappings, and pollution are all problems that we have in the U.S. as well. And guess what? Dog the Bounty Hunter is still tracking people down when they fail to appear in court after being ordered to do so for driving on a suspended license. _________________ Game recognize game, Granddad. - Riley Freeman, The Boondocks |

Answer me this...Do you think Dog's apprehension of the serial rapist saved any women/girls over the past 4 years of being raped in Mexico? This was a filthy monster of a human being. He is now serving 127 years in prison. 2nd question...Do you think Dog truly deserves to be arrested at gunpoint by 10 Marshals and face extradition to a corrupt gov't that may or may not lock him up for up to 4 years in a Mexican jail cell (along with his son, brother (no relation), and friends....just for stopping this serial rapist? We got Mexican citizens coming into our country (w/o permission) every day committing crimes and we can't even send them back, yet we're going to send back an American citizen to Mexico. WTF is up with that???? |

I don't think it's right that he was arrested... but you can't going into a foriegn country, snatch a person and bring them back across the border. And of all the people in world, Dog should know to show up for court.
Here's the question.... why send US Marshals after him... I'm sure they have better things to do. Dog should be below 'the real killer' on the list of people to apprehend.... |

This is some BS! He's helping society by taking that SERIAL RAPIST off the streets, and this is how they repay him?! This is just dirty and wrong. |

Exick, I do understand what you are saying, and he did break Mexican law.
But it seems odd that a warrant goes out and the next morning the US Marshals are at his door.
BTW, the guy who killed Deputy David March has been in Mexican custody since Feb and still has not been sent back here.
Will be interesting to see if Dog the rapist catcher ends up in Mexico before the cop killer ends up back here. |
