Help finding picture

I have to find a picture that shows leadership for my management class and write 100 words about how it shows leaderhsip. i was thinking of a picture of like magic johnson or something with him like telling the team what to do or some (bleep). if any of u have any ideas let me know. i'd really apreciate it. any pic showing leadership would be great.

Don't Know what pic you're talking about, but try putting more info into the description, like around what year, whose in the pic. But for now how about this pic:
