I play basketball twice a week at the new Coronado community center.

I know I really should probably should do some other form of activity as well... Maybe when the weather cools a bit.

Well, I'm trying to get in shape. I run 2 miles first thing in the morning Sunday-Friday, and lift weights for 1.5 hours Saturday, and Wednesdays.

I'm down 25 pounds, and want to lose another 17-22 lbs.

i train 3 times a week for soccer and play one game a week or maybe 2 depending on the schedule. for me thats more than enough to keep me in shape.

I lift weights 4 days a week. I can literally eat anything I want and I won't gain any fat. I use to run cross country in high school but I think this is the better way of keep the weight off.

I don't think anybody on this board keeps it real more than Lakers999

Personally, I lay off soda and any other sugar infested drink (havent had a sip of soda for almost 5 years, not even as a chaser, but i do eat almost whatever else I want).. and as for exercise.. i just have a simple core exercise routine that involve VERY light weights and altered forms of jumping jacks, pushups, situps, etc.
Actually, I don't really do this to lose weight.. just to maintain my current.
When I was losing weight, I ran for close to an hour every morning and swam whenever I could.. nothing too hardcore.
I'm tellin ya'll.. just keep away from sodas and the rest comes easy!

Play in the English Basketball League every weekend and train 4 times a week, plus lift weights once a week.

I lift weights and do low-impact elliptical exercises about 4-5 days a week. I try to eat right, but it's the hardest challenge for me. I used to play basketball 5 days a week but due to school and work, I haven't had time to play that much.

I hit Hometown Buffet every Saturday and Sunday Morning. During the week I try to stay on top of my game by waking up with the King and there new croissant sandwich, lunch involves either Jacks or McDonalds, and dinner would usually be Shakeys or Pinks in hollywood. Now, for linner (meal betwean lunch and dinner) I usually hit AMPM for some $1 burgers, nachos, and hotdogs.

All this allows me to stay in shape, a round shape. The worst part of it is, I'm really not exagerating

A slow, steady gorging process combined with assal horizontology. I focus on the neglected food groups like the whipped group, the congealed group, and the choc-o-tastic. I use Pop-Tarts instead of bread for sandwiches and chew bacon instead of gum. Also, I brush my teeth with milkshakes.

When I consider how to keep in shape, I find myself asking, "What would 4 time NBA champ Shaquille O'Neal do?". So I use the Shaq diet or Krispy Kreme's, McDonalds, and Taco Smell...with diet coke of course!
