It seems like everyone remembers him playing better after Phil punched him. I thought it was the opposite. |

Overall, not too upset with the loss. We got the win I wanted, and it looked like our legs died. MDA has to have the balls to bench Pau for Kaman and hill if he just doesn't have it! which he clearly didn't from the second half. Moving on. |

Paul is playing around 28 minutes per game i'm not buying he over played nonsense . If he's not in condition thats on him . Nobody on this team is playing heavy minutes . |

How many more years is Pau under contract? This guy is brutal and needs to be off the team, even if we have to eat the money. I thought he would rebound this year playing back in the post, instead he is like a poor man's Mike Smrek. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Injuries have taken their toll I guess. He doesn't use the variety of moves and fakes he used to to get around high fly acts like Davis. Just look at how he was scoring on Ibaka in 2010, none of that today. Everything was just in rhythm or up quick, hoping to get it over Davis instead of getting him in the air first or bumping into him first to ground him. |

maybe they both need to be put on the tim duncan plan. if we get to the playoffs, they'll be fresh enough to contribute. If we dont, we get a good lottery pick. Win Win. |

I think you better put Paul George somewhere in there. |

I'm not gonna toss Gasol to the wolves, because of a couple bad games.
Until the Rockets and Pelicans, Pau was playing real good basketball.
Now, if it's true that Pau is under the weather, or not in full basketball shape, or whatever, then his apparent fatigue is understandable. It's up to D'Antoni to realize this about Pau, and put Kaman in, who's been playing at a more consistent level, so far.
Right now, Pau is this teams best player, with Kobe out...take that for what it's worth.
So, this team will go as Pau goes. When he struggles, the team will struggle. When he plays well, we have a shot to win against most anyone...if the team's shots are falling, of course.
That's just how it is, so I hope Pau recovers himself quick, so we can start to stack up some more wins.
Lakers!

I missed the whole game. But it sounds like Pau was ineffective. Not feeling to make a game thread this weekend. Got some things to do. _________________

Agree bench pau |
I'm not talking about doing so from the starting lineup, just for the fourth if he isn't bringing it and Kaman is, which was the case today. Judging from your posting history, I doubt you meant the same, and again, I don't get the hate when Pau is a Laker great for life. |
