Perhaps a sign they will share the same fate at the end of the season.

Al Davis always got the talent but made horrible coaching decisions and hired plenty of coaches that did not fit the roster. sounds familiar? Jim is 0-3. Rudy T, Mike Brown over Adelman , now Mike D over Phil.

Oh and AL also put his ego before the team. so far Jim has shown signs (not hiring phil for personal reasons, firing long time laker personal and scouts etc..) but hope im wrong.

Barnes is the perfect complementary player for Mike D's system because he doesn't need plays run for him to be successful. Too bad he's on the wrong LA team and the Lakers are stuck with trash like Ebanks.

Jim Buss felt Ebanks had Worthy-like potential.

Now that I've had time to calm down and reflect on this crapfest of a game I've pondered this game and it's many nuances to see if there's any lessons I could take from this agonizing exercise in futility that apply not only to basketball, but maybe to life itself. Maybe some gem of unpolished knowledge that could lead to a deeper understanding of life. After investing a significant amount of time, I can finally, from the depths of my heart, say the following:

welp... that sucked.

Ive never seen so many ex Lakers on the opposing team beat up on the Lakers all at once.
It's like the twilight zone SMH.

Seriously though the Clippers are solid and think we all can admit that and were
sadly still in that "FINDING OUR IDENTITY" mode.

Rough Times in our Lakers Nation but we all need to be able to accept the
Good times with the Bad and I'm still faithful that we can turn this around.

Lakers for Life.

"Evaluating basketball talent is not too difficult," he says. "If you grabbed 10 fans out of a bar and asked them to rate prospects, their opinions would be pretty much identical to those of the pro scouts."

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. It's like some kind of Bizarro World where everything is opposite!
