Rockets blew it in regulation. Dumb foul by Hayes. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Kings can clinch at least a #3 seed for the Lakers with a win tonight. Lakers have got to win both of the remaining games to stay #2 though. |

Houston was 1.5 seconds from pulling the Lakers out of the fire. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Seems pretty likely to me the Thunder will come back from only 6 down at halftime, but we'll see. |

Yeah unless Dallas somehow tanks it at home versus the Hornets and the Lakers win one out of the next two. |

Kings have been playing really good the last 10 games and they are now fully healthy. I think they have a good chance of beating us on Wednesday night. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

They are going to try and put on a show for the Kings fans with the last game at Arco. It would be funny if Kobe hits a gamewinner to close the curtain on that franchise while Phil's career continues at least for another two months. |

Yes. It will be emotional for the Kings fans. What better way to close the curtain on the final game at ARCO and beat the Lakers. They will be pumped up. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

The Lakers control their own destiny. If they simply win out their schedule, the 2-4 seeds will stay the same. With Dallas' win tonight, OKC can't pass them. _________________ 1996-2016

Even if we end up staying the #2 seed we end up playing Memphis right? I really really want to play the Hornets |

I fully expect Memphis to lose their last 2 games to avoid playing the Lakers. The Hornets have the tiebreaker. _________________ 1996-2016

Actually it may come down to the Grizzlies/Clippers game on Wednesday to decide who the Lakers play. If the Blazers beat the Grizzlies tomorrow night, they'll lock up the 6 seed leaving the Hornets and Grizzlies fighting for the 7/8 slots. The Hornets win any head to head tiebreaker. If the Hornets lose to the Mavs, a Grizzlies win moves them to 7; if they lose to the Clips they stay at 8. Regardless, if the Lakers want to stay the #2 seed-they need take care of their own business and beat the Spurs and Kings. It'll be a very interesting last 2 nights of the regular season. _________________ "Look Dad, I did it". "Look Mommy, I can ride my bike without the training wheels" and so on and so on. On one of the Hornets board(s), they are hoping that NO will drop to the 8th seed because they have "better chance against the Spurs than the Lakers."
Lakers are currently the 3rd seed now (this could change in the next 24-72 hours), if it holds it could mean they could play Portland. |

Go Knicks. The Spurs won't have a reason to play as hard if the Bulls fall further back in the loss column. _________________ 1996-2016

^ Yeah, I notice they are resting them, my first thought was they are trying to drop the last two games to avoid the Lakers but then they went up 11-5. |
