31 assists for the Bobs, 19 for the Lakers. Enough said. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

They just make me want to swear - a lot. Great individual games from Kobe and Drew can't make up for a lousy team effort with 40% shooting, and basically no D. That was real bad. Games like this will cause us to lose home court advantage. I am sick of this new annual tradition of giving the Bobcats a win on our home floor. |

But but.....he's a shooter. You mean gunning shots from 2 feet behind the three point line with no one underneath to rebound isn't good basketball? |

What a waste of a brilliant game by Andrew Bynum who had 25 points on 10-14 shots, 14 rebounds and 6 blocked shots!
Sad. And I was right, I smelled a rat with these refs, no excuse for calling those fouls on Kobe when he was being fouled first by Raja Bell. |

Felton and Diaw almost got a triple double. It would be nice to have them instead of Rad/Farmar. Just a pipe though. |

Yep. It's a crappy loss, but it's just one game.
Feel free to be pissed, but keep in check the chicken little outbursts heh. |
Oh, I can't wait to see the funny thread titles now. People will be blaming this and that left and right now. Oh, wait, here they come!
Tough loss. Get over it, guys. Bobcats almost always beat us whether we have a good team or bad. That's just how it is. |

Sub Drew when he was hot with Pau who couldn't play tonight? Damn Phil.
Taking and missing 3s when Drew dominated in the OTs, Damn Farmar, Sasha. |

If Phil made the right substitution regarding Drew, playing him correctly during the 4th and the first OT, Lakers win this game. _________________ Ringo "You retired too?"

What do you expect when the LAkers can't play more than 5 minutes of great defense & expect to win .... |

Someone please explain for the basketball illiterate...I musta puked when I saw that Pau was 4-16. I love him, but why take Drew out of the game? Drew was making shots and stops. |
Phil's been smoking to much crack or buds or mixture of both. |
What a night...at first, when I saw Fish make the three, I didn't celebrate because I honestly didn't think we would be down three w/ 14 sec to go. And just as I was getting excited by Kobe and Drew's clutchness...Phil takes Drew out of the game, 'cats make easy buckets, and Kobe fouls out over a weak foul. CRAZY. I saw the points in the paint for CHA...did we honestly do that poor of a job defensively during the former part of the game? |

The refs let the Cats play rough, they pushed off on everyone anywhere near the rim, whether they were shooting(Gasol) or rebounding. Gasol was body fouled on everyone of those missed attempts near the rim, and I don't think he ever made it to the line. Just amazing. |

luke was only in for the last 20 seconds of the second OT.
we played the line-up you said with sasha instead of Gasol, who had equally poor games |

We started Luke on Wallace, Fisher on Felton. In the second quarter they had quite a bit of success with some high lo action that got Drew out far enough for Wallace to abuse Luke. |

Ariza went out with a concussion in the second quarter, but up to that point hadn't had much success. |
