Leave it to the Lakers...Look good for a couple, then let ya down big time. Eh, shouldn't have expected any less. |

chalk this one up to phil. as great as the 2nd unit has been. why leave the starters on the bench for half of the 4th qtr when trailing? _________________ "When (Kobe) gets you on life support, he won't give you mouth to mouth. HE PULLS THE PLUG." -stu |

The Hornets have a good team. They're better than we are. Great young PG, West always plays well against us, and shooters in Peja and Butler. Bynum had difficulty against Chandler. They will be a playoff team.

You crazy, as much as I love the Lakers, that was obviously a blocking foul on Kobe. Don't try to deny it. See through the bias. |

Who's on the Lakers that can stop him? Only player I can think of would be Lamar, but he's not a good defender. |

He won't... even if wide open. But next time they play, Odom will be guarding Peja. Odom is a much better defender than Rad and Luke. |

This Lakers team will win or have a good chance to win when they D up.
When they don't, it is going to be very very tough.
They played good D the first few games of last season too, it is when the games keep coming that is the real test of how your D is.
Tonight was a big step backwards. Spero claiming the Lakers coaches have zero impact on the game as far as adjustments despite making huge money. Hard to argue with that, Spero is pissed! _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

For doing what? Keeping his position? He didn't hand check at all. All he did was slide his feet and not let Paul through. _________________ Jeffs

Id like to say "This is why we need LO back" but then when he gets back then comes the 3 game losing streak. This is like last year all over again! _________________ "To me he is the best player in the world right now. That guy doesn't know fear at all. He doesn't care. West's range is usually 20 to 22 feet. He hit a few threes as well tonight. He's a nice player. |

Odom's not a bad defender. He's an above average defender. But CP was pretty awesome tonight. |

This is more on Phil. Decision to have Radman guard Peja just about lost this game to begin with. |
