Lakers slipped up and had a bad game. They won 65 games out of consistancy. They'll bounce back and have a huge offensive game which should be enough to outscore them.
As it weird as it sounds, it's probably for the best if Okur does play. Like Phil said, their level of intensity will rise. Who are the officials for tomorrow's game? _________________ The killer in me is the killer in you!

Phil's right on the money with that belief. This team seems to need a challenge to motivate them to elevate their play, which is not a good thing. _________________ "We are the goodest." - Shaq ESPN interview

i'd rather have that mentality than them playing hard against scrub teams then folding against good teams
Its just a matter of playing smart. LAkers do that for 45 min and we should come to staples up 3-1. I wont say 48 min due to the mental lapses that are bound to happen.
Lakers might make a change at center
With Andrew Bynum ineffective, Jackson considers putting Pau Gasol at center and Lamar Odom at forward.

Reporting from Salt Lake City — Not a great day for the Lakers, even though it was the end of the week and the snow looked fresh on the nearby mountaintops.
While the Lakers were still pondering Andrew Bynum's playoff slump and Kobe Bryant's Game 3 shooting skid, word trickled out that Utah Jazz center Mehmet Okur would make his playoff debut tonight in Game 4.
Then Coach Phil Jackson revealed he was considering a lineup change at center, preceded a few minutes earlier by Adam Morrison and Sasha Vujacic mixing it up at practice, pushing each other and exchanging words toward the end of a scrimmage.
The Lakers lead the Jazz, 2-1, in a best-of-seven series. Can't they all just get along?
Jackson sat off to the side in flip-flops, casually taking in everything. He has seen worse, for sure.
He might also see visions of a different starting center tonight, saying Friday it was "possible" that changes could be coming.
"We'd like him to play [better]," he said of Bynum. "We'll see what will happen."
Bynum is averaging seven points, three rebounds and four fouls this series, so Lamar Odom might be elevated from the bench to start against Carlos Boozer. Pau Gasol would slide over to center to guard the versatile Okur, who led the Jazz in three-point percentage (44.6%) and was second in scoring (17 points).
I don't want the lakers to take any type of major lead, unless it's late in the fourth. They can never keep the lead. Instead, they should just stick by the jazz the whole game and go on a run at the end =D
i think (don't know why, i am not exactly the person who sees thing such negative) this series goes 2-2 back to la.
we'll finish them in 6 or 7 games
this team isn't winning a championship if it takes 7 games to knock out utah, no excuse
Like how it took the Celtics 7 to beat Hawks last year?
The C's played a team in the Finals that chokes away a 20 pt lead and loses on the road by 39. LA won't be that lucky this year. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!
Let me say something. I've watched Cleveland last night, there wasn't 1 'ticky-tack' foul called on the Cavs defense like they ALWAYS! call stupid nonexisted fouls on the Lakers, and because of that Crabs had like 10-15 quick counter attacks for easy baskets, that's just unbeliavable.
When the Lakers play, now game 4 i'm again 100% that it will be the same, Deron going to the basket and as soon someone even looks at him the refs gonna call fouls, as when the Cavs play, they can actually play good defense bacause the refs leave the players decide the game. Bottom line:
Cavs CAN play tough D because refs don't call this stupid soft hands-touching calls, which aren't even fouls and thats the thing, when Lakers try to 'man-up' like Cavs do, the idiotic refs ALWAYS BLOW WHISTLES, WHY?
Lakers suck, Kobe is done, Fish is done, we're gonna lose our chance at a ring, blah, blah, blah.......
Seriously. We'll win this one and the next. _________________ “It took many years of vomiting up all the filth I’d been taught about myself, and half-believed, before I was able to walk on the earth as though I had a right to be here.”

Don't give AK47 layup after layup like last game. That was the weakest defense I've ever seen with 2 7 fters letting guys drive in and lay the ball in.
What game were you watching, i only saw one of our 7 footers on the floor.
Phil is wrong to wear Pau out like an old rag, and to run away from the officials. Play Bynum and let him use every one of those ticky tack fouls up, it will be evidence against Stern and the nba. Besides, you never know, they might actually let him play a few games. What senile Phi is forgetting is how Bynum shut down Boozer in the past, and plugged the lane against Deron.
