Phil needs to fine Odom for every jumper he takes with >3 seconds on the shot clock.

so far, Gasol against Duncan on offense looks sloppy.. but better than having Kobe operate against Bowen all the time.. Odom is the x factor.. he needs to cut, be aggressive.

On the defensive end, Kobe absolutely cannot watch the ball and sag off Bowen. He is disturbing the defensive rotations as well.
