Any consideration of a "replies to me" feature?

It would certainly help in tracking down responses made specifically to you, especially on such a busy board.

Or is there something like that already here and I'm missing it?

Implementing something like that would be a little difficult in this board software. However, if you look at the bottom there's a link that says "Watch this topic for replies". It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it does make it easy to follow topics you're interested in. You will get an email each time someone replies to the thread, so you might not want to do it on busy threads. But it's very helpful for following threads you start.
